My experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me 3 tries to finally be able to use this washer. My first LG washer was so easy to use and this one is not. I bought it because of the wonderful experience I had with the first one. I am a bit sorry I didn't shop around more because I'm not sure this is the best washer for me.

Great machine

I bought this about a month ago. I love this mega machine.Very quiet and the large 5.0 tub makes washing a blanket a breeze. The price is a great value. I highly recommend this machine .

Sleek, efficient, and modern

I had this machine for a month and it's been a dream. Large capacity and quieter than my last machine. I love how the door will stay open at almost any position. It's attractive and takes up no more room than our 4.5 cu.

Good machine except spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the matching set in November and had it delivered and set up late December. The washer is relatively easy to use with the exception of the spin cycle. I have found that most of the clothes are still pretty wet after the cycle is complete. Followed the loading instructions and still pretty wet. Had to manually change the spin cycle to either high or the setting just below for them to wring out properly.

Great quiet washer. Easy to use and holds a lot of clothes and bedding.

2ND GREAT LG FRONT LOADER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2ND LG FRONT LOADER I HAVE OWNED. MOVED AND HAD TO PURCHASE NEW AT MY NEW HOUSE. REALLY LOVE MY FRONT LOADER! IT GETS EVERYTHING CLEAN WITH EASE. PURCHASED A DIFFERENT BRAND BEFORE BUYING MY LG WASHER AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.(THE OTHER BRAND HAD AN IMPELLER AND DID NOT GET MY CLOTHES CLEAN.) THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED THE DOOR TO OPEN TO THE RIGHT INSTEAD SO IT'S CRAMPED.

Features, size and quiet

We bought before New Year’s and love , love , love it! It does extra large loads and everything comes out clean and refor the dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is awesome! I bought this about a month ago and I’m very satisfied. Almost everyday I use it. It’s easy to use and clean finish. I made button silence because I sometimes use it night time after my family fall asleep, it’s very good. My son 3 years old can press the button and start it by himself. Load size is big enough for our family. We enjoy it!

Easy to use

Great washer for people who don’t know how to change water temperature you just have to turn the big dial with all the different settings one click then you can change it

Not great

Not overly happy with this washer. Seems to unbalance extremely easy, and does a lot of shaking and rattling.

Great So Far

Install was quick and simple. Works well and is very large. My only complaint so far is that the tub cleaning cycle takes a long time. Besides that no issues.

Not a pleasant experience

My front load never worked on Normal to change water temperature to cold. It only works on Speed wash with cold water. I went to store to let them only to be told it was over 30 days. I had some of my clothes shrink because the setting was on warm. Even my warranty didn't work. Nobody came to check it. I am stuck with a waher that doesn't fully work

Best reasons to purchase LG Washer and Dryer

Love my new washer and dryer, saving so much money, less detergent and other products used, also saved $50.00 on my water and electric bill in one month. Clothes are clean and appliances are efficient, well worth the investment
