Despite what they said, I went ahead and purchased this and the drier that goes with it........I could not be happier!! Their biggest concern was that they got mold on theirs but I have a large enough space when I can keep the door open so it dries quickly, plus I wipe it down after the wash is complete. Surprising capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago, we love the different washing features and not using as much detergent as our old washer used. Also I can tell or clothes aren't getting beat up by the front loader which is very nice.

LG washer replacement,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crew was on time and courteous. As noted from the communication, they called 30 minutes out. Removed the washer and placed the new one in; all trash boxes were cleaned up. Asked if I needed anything else before then left.

Would buy again

I love the washer, but I wish I would have gone bigger. Some of our king size comforters are too bulky for it. All-in-all we are happy with the purchase!

Quiet washer that cleans well.

Love how quiet this washer is. Been used heavily with 2 new puppies potty training but everything comes out clean.

Great machine

I bought this washer 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how dramatic the improvement is from our last machine. This is our first front loader and this a family of 5 we are constantly doing laundry. This thing can handle huge loads and all the clothes come out clean and fresh. Bedding and sheets too! I highly recommend

Full size stack washer

Wash cycles are so much longer than my glass washing machine machine. You have to do crazy things like drain the water every So many loads. It just Makes washing clothes a task

I chose this washer after reading reviews. I don’t like much about it. It takes so much longer for a wash cycle than my last washing machine. It’s ridiculous how slow it starts in stops and goes.

Broken in less than 2 years

We bought this washer in November 2021 and initially loved it. Beginning in the summer, it started having OE error interrupting the wash cycle. It was occasional, but by the end of the summer the machine wouldn’t work at all without being manually drained, and allowing to “rest” for a week or more. LG simply said machine is out of warranty. Never buying another LG appliance ever again. What an expensive mistake and shame on LG for being okay with a 1.5 year life span on a $1K+ washer.

Perfect Function WITH Beauty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my LG washer and dryer for about a month now. It's amazing!! Washer cleans perfectly and functions perfectly! It's quiet, easy to select whatever type of washing you like for a particular load of clothes. The dryer is also perfect! I can also select the specific needs of the load, and it's functions better than I could have wanted. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the use of it has NOT caused my electric or water bill...

The larger capacity and quiet operation is really phenomenal. I don’t even know when it’s running.

Don’t like this washer

I wish i wouldn’t have bought this washing machine. I wish I would have done my homework better. It takes so long to wash anything. The cycles are ridiculous and for maintenance you have to drain water and clean filter after so many loads. You have to keep the door open and dry it out supposedly. Just ridiculous.

Cleans well even on quick cycle.
