Love my all-in-one

I really enjoy having this washer and dryer combo in my apartment. It takes the stress and hassle out of having to haul loads of clothes up and down six floors and using public machines. Makes doing laundry very convenient. However, one set back is how long it takes to dry.

Vibration sensor broke after 3 days

I ignored most of the negative reviews because this is the internet and anyone can get mad and say a bunch of stuff that isn’t true, or the fact lots of people don’t know how to load these machines to dry properly. I’ll start with the good: it washes and dries extremely well! The bad is that the VIBRATION SENSOR DIED AFTER 3 DAYS. I understand technology and it was probably just a one time issue but the fact it is a BRAND NEW unit and lasted like 3 days is crazy to me…. LG did cover it under war...

Disappointed

I have had this unit for 3 months and the dryer stopped working.

Replace older LG machine that needed repair.

After watching you tube video on how to operate machine it leaked water. Repair man was here and is going to replace 4 hoses. Not real happy.

I live in a small place and very few units will fit, I had the room for a small compact washer and dryer, but decided a combo unit would be best for me. No heavy wet cloths to move from washer to dryer. it is fairly quiet, but it is loud during the spin cycle. I also had to take extra steps in the installation to keep it from walking during the spin cycle. Good Condo Owner Washer/Dryer all in one

We have had the Washer/Dryer only two weeks and it works great for us. It takes a little getting used to because of its small capacity, but it is fine for a two member couple. The unit is quiet and works great getting clothing clean. Has many features that we have not yet used, but we are confident that it will exceed our expectations.

Great unit, but buy somewhere else - Lowes sucks.

Has been working great so far. There are a few extra steps that you need to take with an all-in-one unit that are new and large loads take longer to work through but other than that its great. If you want to get it, go for it but shop anywhere else but Lowes. Their online shopping experience was the absolute worst I've ever experienced and their payment system is clunky, adding multiple pending charges to your account or credit, which can really hamper your day-to-day finances.

Everything is all on one level now but still have back up washer and dryer downstairs for heavy blankets when I need them. My husband hooked everything up and the combo is now in my pantry with chest freezer and many shelves. No need to go up and down stairs anymore.

Absolute worst performing, particularly as a dryer

All I can say is wow. I’ve owned this machine for nine months and we got it brand new in a rental unit. We are renting for a couple years. I have never experienced such a horrendous performing device in my life. The washing portion is fine except once you set the modes it’s locked in. Short of powering it off and starting from scratch. Great features if you don’t damage it by accident!

I was being stupid one day and overstuffed the machine with my comforter and hoped for the best. Unfortunately it’s been making sounds 10%-20% more and louder. LG Washer Dryer Combo

My new LG washer dryer combo is great. I’m not sure it would satisfy a couple who have more clothes to wash but it handles my loads. It also looks great! I’ve had trouble getting the app to work and need to put more time into that. I hope I don’t need service anytime soon and that, when I do, it is satisfactory.

Excellent results in a small package
