Amazing, easy, modern, simple

I rent an apartment and it came with this 2 in 1 washer dryer combo, i don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from. It is a smaller load capacity drum good for one or two people in a home/apartment. It has a sticker when you open up the lid that shows you what the max load height is for drying. Clothes always come out dry, sometimes you need to give the clothes a wave in the air as they are steamed ...

Great features and easy to use.

I’ve been using washer dryers all in one for 20 years. This unit is my third and it’s the best, particularly with the drying. This unit gets the clothes dry in an hour. The others took two hours.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cloths will smell like burned plastic. The dryer and wash will Take about 3 hours!!! And sometimes they will not fully dry!! It will shake the floors and it is just not worth it !! Clean it every use to avoid the burning smell but it does not have away.

I am in disbelief that LG would put their name on this item! I wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money on it. It takes over 4 hours to wash and dry one set of sheets. I am afraid to get my first utility bill since getting it. Everything comes out so wrinkled. I have ended up going to the laundromat several times which is what i wanted to avoid. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy it!!

Kicking myself for purchasing this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorrowful purchaser. There has been nothing but a problem since day one. I have been crying myself to sleep at night due to all of the problems.

Reasonable space-saving with flaws

No pedestal available from LG, had to have one built for an added expense as machine is too low to see controls and use without considerable bending, bad for the back. Very small capacity, not for washing sheets, towels, larger items. No lint catching screen is also inconvenient, must wipe lint from door rim. Aside from these and a few other design issues, the combination design is a reasonable solution for limited space.

Very sad I purchased this product

Under whelmed

I have had the All-in-One washer/dryer combo for a few months now. This is small and fits into a bathroom closet. The no exhaust and standard outlet (15 amp) are a plus. My problem is that the product shakes and bangs against the wall. I move it and it just moves back against the wall. Too loud and vibrates! The system is heavy and not easy to move. Hence, we rarely use it. Unfortunately, may sell it to recover some of my cost.

Great combo machine!

Have owned for a year and am happy with the purchase. This is a great machine, I am loving the combo feature and not having to switch the wash from the washer to the dryer. I can set the cycle - come home and the laundry is all set!! Also the machine takes up less space-- which is great!!

Awful. Run! Run as fast as you can away from it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It stopped working less than 9 months after I bought it. Getting someone to come fix it is a whole other issue that shouldn’t be as bad as it is. When it did work, it worked pretty good. The dryer is a bit picky about the load, that’s just a learning curve. A wash and dry cycle is almost 4 hours plus “cool down” time. It’s not a bad thing, but it’s good to know what to expect.

Great washer. So-so drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is wonderful for the being so compact. We were able to get half of my laundry closet available for storage. The washing part of the unit is great. The drying part leave something to be desired. We are constantly using the 2 hr setting for drying and most times have to use it twice. Wish we could download a setting for 3 or 4 hr drying cycle.

Moves too much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes and dries the clothes but needs montoring so that it doesn't move across the room and rip the piping out of the wall ffrom shaking so much. The clothes also have a smell.. kind of salty?

All in one combo

I had the machine for 9 months now. I have the all in one combo. I like the machine. It does what I bought it for. The only down side to this machine is the time it takes to wash and dry. With a full load. It takes about 3 to 4 hours to finish completely. Other than the length of time it takes for a load. It is a awesome machine.

Almost Perfect RV Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The all-in-one unit was the perfect unit to install in my travel trailer's outdoor kitchen cubby. Though the vibration sensor went out a few weeks into using it but it got replaced under warranty. My only true gripe is that the remote start is kind of inconvenient because you still have to hold down a button to activate it every time and it doesn't give you the same flexibility with the wash/dry options that you can utilize when controlling it ...

The best thing you can buy you won’t regret it easy to use this machine change my life now I can come home do laundry easy I definitely love it even my husband that at the beginning was a little mad at me cause I want it this that is two in one washer and dryer now he do laundry and when I get home to do it he already do it he keep buy expensive detergent and stuff he loves it a lot

Great for the elderly!!

She didn't like anyone washing her clothes except her. Before she had to go down our basement stairs to our laundry room. There is hand rails on the stairs, but it is hard to carry a laundry basket and hold the rail. Much safer for her to have first floor laundry. The compact design allowed me to shoe horn it into a small bathroom. Now i am not worry...
