Please avoid purchasing from lowes

The product might be great, but there are problems with Lowe's delivery. Please avoid getting it delivered from Lowe's; their customer service is non-existent, and I’ve encountered problems repeatedly

Good replacement for old Splendide

Vibrates just a little more than expected, not bad tho. Spin extracts water very well. Maybe the short run (small quantities) makes this size so expensive. Does not seem cheaply made at all.

Do not rely on Lowe's to deliver what you purchase

Lowe's failed to deliver three separate days and didn't even tell me the dryer wasn't being delivered until I waited the whole time and then called when they didn't show. I got a different excuse each time: "It wasn't on the truck", "It wasn't in the warehouse" "It was damaged during loading".

Dry clothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice quiet dryer, best dryer we own since we moved to the USA. The clothing comes out dry, it takes a bit longer than the old age vent dryers. The dryer is energy star rated no increase in the electric bill, quite the opposite. Important; one has to empty the water catch drawer after each drying cycle.

Clean Clothing, Quiet

This is by far the best washer we have owned since we moved to the USA. No prehistoric top load washer can get the clothing as clean as this front load washer from LG. The app is easy to use and if one cleans the washer after each washing cycle and leaves the door open, a front load washer will not start to smell.

WRONG DEPTH -- DO NOT BUY!

The listing says it's 22.5 inches deep, but it's really 24.5 inches deep. This is false advertising. I would never have bought this if I knew they were lying about the depth because I have a small cabinet with doors that this needs to fit into. The delivery guys came and tried to push it in and I got 90 degree hose joints, and it still didn't fit. I measured the machine and 22.5 inches does not include the bump out in the back or even the door! 2 inches is a big difference when your cabinet is c...

Worst help desk ever!

Although the dryer itself works great. I received it with a broken tab on the door. Dealing with the help desk was a nightmare. They never once returned my calls, nor did they find a local service tech to help with the problem. I had to do all the research myself, and call the, not so local, service tech for support.

Worst washer/dryer

This set is absolutely horrible. The support from LG is also awful. The washer leaks for no reason, we’ve cleaned it and used the right amount of detergent. The dryer just stops because it thinks the clothes are dry when they aren’t. Save your money and get something else. I regret buying these two

Very Quiet

Last month I decided to replace my compact LG washer. It was 12 years old and still operating perfectly but I was impressed by all the new features of the 2024 model. Each cycle comes out very clean and runs very quietly. I almost can’t hear it running at all! My iPhone alerts me when the cycle is finished. All my appliances are LG and have proven to be most reliable!

Made to Last

Last month I decided to update my washer and dryer. I absolutely LOVE my ventless dryer. The clothes dry nearly wrinkle free and towels come out so soft that I don’t need fabric softener anymore. Now my iPhone alerts me when the cycle is complete!
