Good improvement over older model

I've had this washer for a week. It replaced a nine year old version of basically the same model, 24" wide LG washer compatible with matching condenser dryer. My 2016 model finally had to go after the drum started leaking. This new washer is nearly silent and hardly vibrates. Clothes come out clean and it washes quickly. The drum feels bigger than the old one, not as deep but larger diameter. Hopefully I get more than 9 years out of this one and it stays as quiet as it is right now. The old one...

Sorry I Bought It

No matter how large or small the load, machine shakes my house. It's under a counter, in my kitchen. It shakes the kitchen floor and dining room floor. The house is on Peer & Beam. I'm 70 years old, have been doing laundery a long time, I've never seen a washing machine so crummy and it does not clean very well. I've had to run a load more than once to get items clean. Very sorry I purchased it!

Vibrates like crazy on spin cycle

This washer has a lot of positive attributes but unfortunately it is unusable for me due to the noise and vibration. False Advertising NEED A REFUND

According to Lowes Website, this washer was supposed to have a “Pet Hair Removal” feature. When I could not find this option in the Manual, I was very confused. I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed there is no such “pet hair” function on this make or model. With five cats shedding their winter coat, I was devastated to learn it does not have this option. I easily could have purchased another machine that fits my needs. I've been extremely happy with the dryer. Cleaning the lint is easy. It works fast - everything dried well under 2 hours. Power consumption seems very reasonable. I've had zero issues with the product so far. Hope it stays that way.

Size

Perfect size!! No other company makes a washer that is 221/4” in depth. I am beyond happy that LG company takes into consideration not all washing machine owners don’t own a house with lots of space. Only complaint I have is I did not receive the include accessories, mainly the non-slip pads and wrench as my machine is not level. Don’t know if the delivery people ripped it off but I really needed these items. Instruction Manuel clearly states this kit was included!

Very Happy

I have had this LG washer for only a few days. The depth of this machine is 22.25. I thank LG so much for making a washer this small to fit in my 40 year old Florida condo. If this washer was any bigger it would not have fit my space. My old washer (20 YO) died Saturday and I had a new washer delivered t hr e very next day! I love this new LG washing machine! I did not get the included accessories so I called LG to get a wrench to adjust the feet. Hopefully I receive it in the mail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit that I was apprehensive to change from a vented dryer to a ventless dryer, but I am so glad I did. It is very easy to maneuver, and I think that with the savings from not having to clean out my vent annually, this dryer will pay for itself is 3 years. It is also quiet, compared to my older model. Very very pleased.
