I regret buying this

Regret this purchase. This is no fault of Lowe’s, but this thing spins worse than the Tasmanian Devil. It’s impossible to calm the motion because even the low setting is ridiculously high speed. I’ve leveled it and it still walks around. I have it on a concrete slab floor and that doesn’t matter. I don’t care that the clothes come out almost dry if I have to deal with the noise and banging this thing makes. Maybe it needs to be mounted on shock absorbers and bolted down to the floor.

Exceeds expectations

Recently bought the 2.4 cu ft washer and am very pleased. Also from the water district there is a rebate.

Would not recommend this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not recommend. Takes 3+ hours to dry, typically needs more than one cycle. Slow and not efficient. The worse part is the lint trap which will catch anything with a drawstring and twist it until it destroys your clothes.

Find another dryer.

So Far It's Good

It fits in my 26 inch nook for washer as this 24" width is good for small spaces. The delivery/installation crew brought it up and set it up for me quickly, testing it before leaving. I did one small load of laundry and it ran well. It's pretty quiet, but will beep when done.

Unhappy that this is a steam washer. It was not on the floor and ordered from warehouse. Not the associates fault. She was unaware that it was a steam washer.

ThinkQ a better way of washing

I have been using my new machine for a couple of weeks and I love it. So quiet while operating. Plus, my clothes are like new. Love the smart app connection that gives you the possibility to create your own wash or dry cycles . Love it

Cannot write a service review as service is non-existent. Lowes does not help with products they sell. Lowe's simply passes the customer to LG who then passes the customer to non-existent customer service.
