Amazing unit

Bought a month ago and it’s running smoothly. Very quiet operation and love the alerts on my phone that the cycle is complete. It also reminds you to clean the lint filter under water every 10 loads.

Washer works but changed some 'default' settings

I needed a replacement washing machine as soon as possible, as the door lock finally broke on my 6.5-year-old GE Front Loading washer. I did my due diligence online, checking for the various brands which have the 'stackable' size I needed (24”-width maximum) in my 1-BR condo and had strong positive reviews from customers and Consumer Reports. “Normal” is still damp. Will try “heavy duty.

Functions better than our “all in one” washer dryer where we were accustomed to moist hot clothes that dried quickly after hanging but cotton pieces do not dry all the way in the dryer like a normal vented dryer.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago and so far it has been just what I needed. It fits into a small space. Even though the machine is small it actually handles more clothes per load than I expected. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

The unit works just fine, however, we plugged in the external drainage of condensed water, but no water flows thru it. Instead, the water container fills up with water.

Great dryer! Don’t Overload.

Great dryer. Just need to remember not to overload with clothes since the air comes from the back of the dryer.

Super terrible!

Horrible horrible horrendous. Takes 6+ hours to do a load of laundry shakes the apartment when spinning and makes loud knocking noises. Almost every time I use to flashes an error code and it has to restart or won’t drain then locks clothes in for hours. Have no control over how long to dry items it decides for you? And takes so long to cool down. Horrible not efficient wastes so much water and energy

Want to ruin your clothes? Buy this

Four (4!) hours to dry a load of small towels. How is that energy saving or good for the towels? I next dried one sheet and two pillowcases - 2 hours. At 58 minutes I checked them and they were OVER -dry. If you want to keep checking the dryer every few minutes to make sure your clothes aren't over-dried and ruined or if you like paying more to your utility company, buy this. My regret is I didn't buy a Bosch, which I had before. Now *that* is an excellent machine and worth every penny.

Not great at all

This dryer is pretty useless. It takes between 6-9 hours to dry the most basic sheets and towels. I’ve tried all different cycles and I’ve tried full loads and closer to empty loads. Nothing changes the fact that it takes forever for anything to dry.
