Love that you don't have to dig keys out of your purse. Plus can't lock yourself out. Would buy again!!

Great Lock

I've been using this lock for about a year. it installed easily and has been working perfectly. I especially liked the auto key recode so it can also use the old key.

I bought three of these locks and I am very satisfied. They work perfectly. One malfunctioned and the factory sent me a replacement immediately. They were no trouble to install as along as you followed the directions.

This is a great lockset!! We have bought two of them. We lost the first one in a flood and it was one of the first things we replaced. It is so convenient. NO KEYS TO LOSE!!

Great door lock,

I am in love with my new front door lock! It is so nice to not worry about keys! My kids (all grown) can always return home with no worry about getting in. I love the freedom of never worrying about "the house key" and never worrying that my mother (age 87) will lock herself out. Best change I have made!

If only

I am very happy with this lock except for on complaint WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO STOP BEEPING AFTER I ENTER THE COMBINATION SO I CAN RE-CLOSE IT. I have started to use the key to speed things up.

Great not to have to carry keys

I have had my lock installed several months. I have a massive key ring that weighs over 9 ounces. With all of the concerns about the effect of heavy keyrings on auto ignition locks, I started using my garage door opener or keypad plus my new door lock rather than carrying the full keyring. It is so much easier.

Easy to install and use

My SmartCode Lever was very easy to install and so easy to use. Mind is on a basement door. So nice to just punch in the code and open the door after working in the yard and needing something from the basement.

Easy install. We did have to return the 1st one as the handle fit was extremely loose. The 2nd set was perfect and makes it much easier for our kids to enter the house and us to not have keys for each one that get lost, forgotten..ect.

Most convenient lock ever!!!

I have been using this type of lock for about five years now as a bedroom lock. The most convenient lock I have ever seen. No keys needed. No need to worry about the valuables in the room.

easy access

Easy to re-key, but you will never use the key.again because the key pad works very well. The warranty is lifetime already use it after 1 1/2 years they just sent a new one to replace one that was worn and loose. Batteries life is very good.

I have bought several of this lock set and love it for it's convenience, have contacted customer service several times on occasions, with great results.

Great Purchase

We have purchased a total of three of these locks over the last several years; 2 in brass and one in pewter. The finish still looks nice on all of them. They are relatively easy to install and program and a must to have these days for security.

Works great

These are great locks work great. Installation was a little difficult and had to have one of two locks replaced which company did willingly.

Locks itself!

I bought this electronic lever style 3 years ago. I had issues with the first one not unlocking properly over time. They replaced under warranty. The new one unlocks 3 times every time the code is entered. It is slightly annoying as I am concerned with the motor wearing out after the warranty is up. I would still purchase it again as the convenience offsets the reliability concerns.

I purchased this product a few months ago and am completely satisfied with them.

Has lasted about 2 years

I purchased this lock a couple of years ago and it has now started to have problems. When I put in the code it doesn't let me open the door unless I jiggle the handle. It may not last much longer. Also while try to made the lock work with my other keys, it failed.

I will never have a house key again!

We bought two of this for our first house (four years ago) and bought them again when we moved to a new house. We've never had a problem with them. We have one on the front door right now and plan to add one to the outside garage door AND the door from the garage into the house. We love having multiple codes so we can have dog sitters, etc. come in. It's great for our family, they never have to knock.

Convenience!

I've been using this for a year now and I'm thoroughly pleased with the purchase. I have the convenience of re-keying the lock whenever in have the need or changing the locks combination. The added feature of auto locking within 30 sec of closing the door is nice security boost should you forget to push the lock button or turn the bolt.
