This product worked great, but started to fail before it was even two years old. As it was failing, it would work and later in the day no work, so I was intermittently locked out of my house. I got this lock so I could have quick, consistent access without fussing with keys. It also was not the easiest to program codes or delete codes. Burns through batteries quickly.

Rather noisy operation
Would RecommendLike the product overall but had some difficulty during installation. The bottom screw of 3 that hold the faceplate is nearly impossible to install due to limited clearance from door handle below it. Decided it wasn’t necessary and 2 would do the job.
