Would Not RecommendThe lock looks nice, easy to install but that's where it ends. I have to have spare keys hidden around the exterior so that I can ensure I enter the house. It doesn't like to accept the code and unlock. Have to hit lock to run the sequence, push the door a couple times, and then enter the code while hoping it works. I would avoid this lock.

Would RecommendEasy to install and setup…! Found a short YouTube video from Kwikset and was able to follow along step by step and have this touchpad installed within 30 min. Loving using it every day. It was a perfect replacement for my old doorway key lock entry. Good price too!!

Garbage
Would Not RecommendWe bought 2 (for the front and back door) and it worked just fine. 6 DAYS later, we returned to the property and NEITHER would work at all; leaving us stuck. Customer service rep stated that a “basic function failed” so we need to exchange them for replacements. I definitely do not want another set of this product and would not recommend.
