Would RecommendMy tiara was broken so I bought this but all it cuts is wood and a wooden tiara is really heavy. Fortunately, I also wanted crown moulding in my house so it was still a great purchase. It is actually very easy to use and works really well.

Easy for anyone to use.
Would RecommendCrown Molding has always been time consuming for me always trying to figure out the spring angle and remembering to cut it upside down. The crown Pro takes all the guess work and holds the crown molding at the angle needed and pictures help you each step. Anyone can use this Jig and after only a few cuts you will have the confidence to do many more

Too flimsy - poorly built
Would Not RecommendIt does not take the guesswork out of crown molding. It sits so loose and flimsy that if you cut any molding bigger than 2" wide or longer than 1' it'll bounce around in position and you'll loose your angles. Doesn't attach easy to the saw. Makes a difficult job literally no easier. Burn your money or buy a purpose built saw. This is a waste of cash.
It works extremely well
Would RecommendIt's sad when something like this is needed BUT.. My wife asked to cut crown while I worked on other items. I thought sure.. Why not. When she was finished it looked perfect and she had never cut crown moulding. The thing does work.

Huge time saver
Would RecommendI started my kitchen cabinet crown molding project and became very frustrated doing compound miter cuts on my miter saw. I purchased this jig and it was a huge time saver and it helped to eliminate mistakes. I highly recommend it.
Not helpful
Would Not RecommendWhen i opened box there were missing parts and someone had returned it previously used it. Which they had cut the jig and returned it. Pretty ridiculous Lowes would sell this to someone else with it being cut with a saw. Also this jig was completely useless.

Forget jigs
Would Not RecommendForget about jigs and just put the crown against your base and fence just like it would go up on the wall. Use the spring angle on the bottom of the molding and let the molding tip out towards you just like it would be on the wall. Now you don’t have to worry about spring angles or flipping anything around you just do standard miters according to the angles on the walls. Just keep your hand That you’re holding the piece with away from the blade. Works like a charm every time I’ve been a general ...
Crown Jig
Would Not RecommendDidn’t work for me. I have a Craftsman 10” saw and it lacked the clearance to use the jig on left hand corners. I would think it would work fine with the right saw maybe a 12” double bevel. Also not much support when cutting long pieces.
Cutting Crown Moulding
Very confusing directions. The part where you cut the wood did not show the approach to how to place the pieces in the jig. It makes a big difference which direction the wood comes into the jig. I gave up the project and returned the unused wood after wasting returned the unused wood after fouling up about $100 worth. I watched several videos but they didn’t address my simple deal of putting 4 inside corners together.

Life Saver
Would RecommendI wish I would have known about this tool before I started hanging over 200 feet of crown moulding. I wasted half a day and only finished one room before I found it. It makes crown moulding so easy. Only trouble was I have a 7.25" miter saw, so my fence and table are small, making it hard to keep the guide in place. I would recommend using it with a larger saw, 12" or so. Besides that, it worked great.
cheap but not inexpensive
Would’ve been better off building a jig myself. About done with Kreg products, none ever work as well as I’d expect.
