What Customers Are Saying

The product is generally viewed as a helpful tool that simplifies the process of cutting and installing crown molding. Many found it made the task much easier, with accurate cuts and a straightforward setup. The angle measurement tool was particularly praised for its effectiveness. However, some users encountered issues with the jig's stability and ability to accommodate larger or longer pieces. A few felt it had limitations and was not a "miracle device" that solved all challenges. Overall, the consensus is that the product is a useful tool, especially for DIY projects, but may have some limitations depending on the specific requirements.

Not good for 7 1/4 saws

The description of the product says that it works on a 10" saw and a 12" saw. But it's about 4 paragraphs into the description. Nowhere does it warn that this does not work on a 7 1/4" saw?

Kreg Crown Pro

Would Recommend

Overall, I was pleased with the crown-pro jig; it positioned the molding at the proper angle for cutting, however, in some instances, my fingers were uncomfortably close to the saw blade. Perhaps the blame goes to my miter saw’s design.

excited about using it but...

Lowes sold me an open product with stripped screws at regular price. I think it's still usable as I just picked up the item but will exchange it at another location because it was the last one and I really wanted to try it as I'm a newbie with crown. It was an online pick up order. Item was previously returned without an inspection.
