I haven't rated it higher, as I have only used the trimmer twice. So far it exceeds my expectations. After a year of use I may write a second review.

Great compact electric trimmer

Not shabby. For a compact electric trimmer this things works pretty well! I imagine that for the average home this trimmer is all you would need. I had no problems trimming grass areas that the mower didn’t reach (corners, edges, etc.) and I thought it performed edging quite well. It’s light weight and balanced enough that it’s easy to switch from trimming to edging. I also love that it came with plastic trimmer blades if you’d prefer that over string but I’m a string fan. easy to use trimmer

Use it on the ditch for road. Use to think I needed a heavy gas trimmer. Older and wiser. I really like the adjustable angle cutter head for different terrains upslope or downslope. Really makes a smoother cut.

Great little trimmer!

This trimmer works great! I used it around my yard and it has all the power I need to cut the grass and weeds. The only problem I have is that it doesn't quite extend out far enough for a tall guy. The battery seems to hold up for a good amount of time.

Really loving this trimmer / edger! Out-of-the-box, you get just a few minimal parts for a super easy & quick assembly. The trimmer & parts seem very durable & quality made. Great product and price

Versatile use for edging and trimming of course, string lasted 10x longer than I thought it would. It’s comfortable, not too heavy, changes from trimmer to edger easily. 10/10 and my wife likes to use it as well.

Small but powerful

Small battery but powerful tool. Easy assembling takes about 15 minutes. The button that allows it to go from an edger to weed eater is nice touch and to feed the line is also simple and easy. Nice product overall. For a small yard this is all you need.

Works great for trimming around small areas

Quite and powerful trimmer!

This string trimmer is very lightweight and even though it is 24Volt it’s very powerful. I love the features that are equipped with this trimmer. You have wheels to help guide you to edge, you can easily take off the shield if need be . Also, the telescoping shaft makes it easier for my wife to adjust to her height. The brushless motor is quiet so I can start my yard work in the morning without annoying my neighbors!

Got to try this edger

I’ve transitioned most my landscaping tools to Battery powered now. These Kobolt battery powered landscaping tools are great! Before this edger I’ve bought a line trimmer and a chainsaw. They are very powerful and always dependable. I highly recommend them. Kobolt is a brand I trust. The battery for this has the same charger as my phone. So much more convenient. The straight lines on the edge of my lawn are a real game changer in professional maintenance!

Nice electric weed eater

I got this weed eater because I've been in need of one for quite a while to clean up the edges of the lawn that the lawnmower doesn't reach. I've owned one electric weed eater previously, so I expected this one to be most likely similar in weight and noise level. This one was actually lighter in weight, and very quiet when in use. I'm taking this product back today, April 10, 2026, for a full refund. For me, it's a terrible product. I will continue with a gas version.
