What Customers Are Saying
The tool is efficient at cutting various types of plastic pipes up to 2-3/8" in diameter, including PVC, CPVC, PP, PEX, PE, and POLY. It can make smooth, clean, and straight cuts with minimal effort. However, it may struggle with thicker or older pipes, and users have reported occasional difficulty achieving perfectly straight cuts, especially on larger diameter pipes. The blade's durability and availability of replacement blades have also been a concern for some users.

Had to return
Would Not Recommendchose to get the full refund vs. exchanging it - after about 3 cuts, the spring stopped working.
Not good for 2" schedule 40 pvc
Would Not RecommendI bought it specifically to cut 2" schedule 40 PVC pipe and honestly it is not suited for that. I'm a hvac tech and I've used many types and brands before and honestly this one is just ok for smaller pipes so keep that in mind before purchasing.
Got the job done
Would RecommendNot going to lie, did not use this much. But the two pipes that needed cutting were very easy with the help of this tool. Got the

I used to cut 1-1/2" and 2" ABS pipes. It cuts new pipes like it is supposed to cut them, very easy, with very smooth edges. Do not try to use it to cut aged pipes, you have to apply a lot of pressure, it will deform the pipe badly, and the cut will be very rough. Do not try to use to cut length less than 1" either, there is almost no way to avoid a crooked cut.
spend the money for the better option if you can.
Would Not RecommendThis works fine for 1 1/2" pipe but is not so good for 2" as it states, it binds up and the ratcheting function does not always advance correctly

PVC Cutter
Would RecommendMuch easier than using a reciprocating saw to cut PVC and you get nice clean cuts that do not require cleanup. Cuts, no matter how I supported or held the PVC or cutter were not perfectly square, however it was not bad enough to cause any issues when gluing up. WEAR PPE!!! Eye pro and long sleeves! Depending on the age of the PVC you are cutting, there is a very real and likely possibility that you will shatter the pipe sending razor sharp shards of PVC in every direction at high speed. Excellent Cutter
Would RecommendThis thing cuts great the PVC pipe sits into the tool very well. The only thing that I might improve on it is the latch at the bottom of the handles to hold it together. Not a big deal for me but would be nicer if it held together better with a longer hook. Sometimes it unlatches to easy.
