Right tool for the job

I have a zero-turn lawnmower for my large yard, but needed a weed eater to work the many areas I could not easily reach with the lawnmower. This model was the perfect choice: it is powerful, relatively lightweight, the batteries last a long time and charge quickly. I also use it for edging and it does a great job. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have a 40cc gas weedeater and this new 48v max weedeater will out perform it in every way. I was already committed to the 24v battery platform and now that they have these new tools, I can get 40v power without having to buy different batteries. I got the brush cutter attachment and its powerful enough to cut through inch plus brush. love this tool.

Powerful

I have a 40cc stihl and ill take kobalt weedeater over my stihl any day.. It has great power, the brush cutter attachment cuts through inch plus brush. I already had a ton of 24v batteries so now I have the power of 40v without having to change batteries. Fantastic!

Handy Trimmer

I have a small-sized yard and got this trimmer to replace my old one. I really like it. The batteries have enough charge for me to do my whole yard. It is lighter than my old gas trimmer and is easy to operate. It comes with two batteries and two power levels to select from. Great trimmer!

Battery life was great. Weeded two yards on the ‘1’ setting and only used one bar of battery life. Even on ‘1’ there was plenty of power to get the job done. I do wish the guard was bigger as debris got thrown back against my legs but other than that, it’s great!

I have a really big yard, and battery powered options have just not worked in the past, however I was able to use this one for about 20 minutes, with it mostly on the higher speed setting. This battery trimmer will replace a gas powered unit that had become more difficult to maintain to run smoothly.
