Disappointing and DANGEROUS! Should be recalled!

Purchased the roller and cutter set a couple of years ago - it’s still in original packaging but the rollers are cracked. Appears to be a systemic design issue. Could be dangerous as the plastic could break off and become a choking hazard.

Pasta with the kids made easy

Broken roller attachment

I received my pasta roller kit in January and have been enjoying it until the spaghetti roller no longer functioned properly. Upon closer inspection, I found that the plastic guide on the roller is not seated properly causing the pasta to clumps up when it comes out.

Amazing product!

I received this asa Christmas gift from my mother in law. I have already used it 10 times. I am in love and want to make pasta for everybody!!!!

plastic cracks

pasta roller has a plastic peel to help the newly rolled pasta come off the bottom side of the metal rollers and mine has cracked in multiple places (at least 4 on each side). I can't see a way to replace them

Plastic on sheet roller cracks

I inherited this set in box. Looks like it was never used. Bought a new mixer. I noticed the plastic lip on the sheet roller cracks. Seems like a common problem from reviews. My last kitchen aid product but can’t find an alternative to roll pasta.

Easy to use and terrific results!

Purchased this set a couple of weeks ago and all I can say is I wish I bought it sooner. I followed the pasta dough recipe on Bon Appétit and it was a great dough. I started by using the stand mixer. The ratio of egg to flour is one egg per 100 g. I used three eggs, 300 g of regular King Arthur flour, one tablespoon of evoo and one half teaspoon of salt. After a few weeks, countless attempts, and machines of other brands returned to the retailer, we finally got to make pasta. We got it right thanks to the KitchenAid attachment!

Roller Broke Down after 3 uses

After making pasta 3 times, the roller broke down. I am so disappointed and sad.

Recieved the bad rollerr

Received the package and left in the garage for 14 days since special situation now. Just opened last night to try it. But the roller can't work well, doesn't roll. I was trying to reach the customer services to return or exchange. But they don't have any services after 4pm PCT and over weekend. So bad.

I received my 3 piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set earlier this week and today is the first time I have used it. For years I have always rolled out and cut my own egg noodles for beef/chicken and noodles. Then I bought a Kitchen Aid Tilt Head mixer and the 3 piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set. Horrible product

I have tried multiple times to make homemade spaghetti. Each time I try my pasta comes out looking uncut and a waste of effort. I have watched the user videos online and followed various recipes. However, it always ends with the same results.

Terrible product!

Would have given this zero stars! I received this 3 piece set as a gift years ago. I literally used it ONE TIME this past Sunday on Easter to make fresh pasta. The sheet roller now has 8 CRACKS in the plastic. FROM ONE TIME USE! This is absurd and so disappointing! I would like a replacement at no cost. I have no use for the other cutters that came with it if the roller doesn't function properly!
