Great Addition to my Kitchen Aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wanted a slicer/shredder attachment for our Kitchen Aid mixer. Used it for potatoes and it makes perfect, thin potato slices. Sliced up some peppers to go along with them, and cooked them on the grill in foil. Cooked fast, because the slices were so thin! Easy to clean, just washed the individual parts. This would be great if making food for a crowd! Slices super quick, makes quick work of any veggies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the KitchenAid - Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment that fits my KitchenAid mixer. The different blades make it easy to shred, cut or slice fresh fruit, vegetables, or cheese. The blades lock in place and are easy to change by just pressing the lever. I like that you have 2 options for the feed tube making it easier to shred or slice the smaller fruits or vegetables. I use this weekly, multiple times! I highly recommend this!

Perfect

I’m still learning what I can grind or shred as well as what will work. Perfect Time Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted with my new slicer shredder. My Kitchenaid is always on my countertop. It is so convenient to install the slice/shredder attachment. I particularly like slicing veggies for charcuterie boards. The slices look so professional. I use the shredder for carrots. This is a must have attachment.

Super easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought these attachments were unique. Some thing I would’ve never thought to use my mixer for. They are very easy to use. They Snap on to the mixer easily. And since the blades are stainless, they are very easy to clean afterwards. It’s a lot faster for me to grab these attachments and put it on my mixer then it is to get down my food processor and set that up.

Easy to Use!

There was a large shredder, a small shredder, and a slicer. The attachment easily fit onto the front of my mixer. I then snapped one of the blades in until you hear a click…easy. An Easy to Use, Quality Set

KitchenAid never disappoints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid products never disappoints and neither did this one. These slicer and shredder attachments save so much time in meal prep. You can shred cheese one minute and just switch out the attachment and start slicing your vegetables. Love it!

Great accessories.

The Kitchen Aid mixer has been the main small appliance since we got the pasta maker attachment, which is also great. Some times we slice veggies in advance and store them. The attachments are very easy to clean. It’s one of this things that you look back and think how did you live your life without it.

They do so much especially with like cheeses that I do for taco night. And so many other things I highly recommend these to you. They’re such good quality super easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Excellent piece

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great extention piece to add to the mixer. It works great. I love all the attachments and different things I can do with them. I recommend this attachment. It's easy to switch the pieces and the results are amazing.

Chute is very small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this but the chute is prohibitively small. I tried slicing an English cucumber and it was too large. When I was able to get food sliced small enough to fit through the vegetables came out slightly massacred. Even carrots that are pretty robust came out destroyed. I followed the instructions but this really isn’t a substitute for a mandolin or slicing by hand.

Ideal attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a kitchen aid, you should get this shredder attachment. It makes slicing and dicing a breeze. While it does take more time to clean than a knife, it is worth it when you are done chopping in seconds!

Very impressive!

My husband and I were so very impressed with the way it was boxed and shipped. The attachment works so great! in normal KitchenAid fashion, the quality is A #1 and I know this set will last a long, long time.
