Pasta Made Easy
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this because making pasta by hand was a pain. With this it was breeze and easy to clean up afterwards. Before I could only make flat egg noodles by hand with this I can make elbow mac and spiral noodles plus more. With this time saver the holiday dinners will be easier than ever before great buy for big familys.

Wish I had gotten one sooner!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted to make my own pasta but I just never got around to it because of all the work I though was involved in it. Well, I was wrong. It is so simple and this pasta press makes it even simpler! I really wish I would've tried it years ago. So far I've made spaghetti, rigatoni and macaroni with this and it is so easy and so much fun! Using balls no bigger than a golf ball worked for me, I've yet to run into any sort of jam in the mach...

Great attachment
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this attachment a couple of weeks ago and have been able to use it a few times. The pasta coming out has been great and having the manual pasta cutter is great as you can make the length of pasta you want. However, I wish it would auto cut with a timer. A selector switch to select small or large macaroni and it would cut at the correct interval on its own would be great.

Cool Addition for Kitchen Aid Mixers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gourmet pasta press is a great addition to my KitchenAid mixer. It is well made, nicely packaged, easy to attach to the mixer, and fun to use! It comes with several attachments including large macaroni, small macaroni, spaghetti, bucatini, rigatoni, and fusilli. There will be some trial and error with this attachment. The dough I made was with just 3 ingredients and you have to make sure the moisture ratio is enough so that the pasta do...

Pasta press
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a learning curve with this press but here are some tips to be more successful. Use the driest dough you can make, otherwise it will stick together. Feed golf ball sized balls through the chute to make it run smoother, and cut the pasta into a bowl or surface dusted with flour. Attaches easily to my classic plus mixer and lots of attachment options.

Excellent features!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my KitchenAid mixer for several years and love their products. Receiving the Gourmet Pasta Press was so exciting. I have made my own pasta for awhile now using knives and rolling it by hand, but the press cuts my work in half and the pasta looks professional. The attachment is easy to put on and off. Cleaning does require some time but the end result is worth it. My fettuccine noodles looked like they came from an Italian restau...

We love out KitchenAid stand mixer, and this is fast becoming our favorite attachment! It is very easy to use and to clean up after. The taste and texture of hand made pasta is 100% different and better than dried factory pasta.

Figure out the dough, and this is your pro move!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving my KitchenAid Gourmet Pasta Press attachment. I had been wanting to buy it for a years and finally got one - and am loving it. It did take me a few rounds of trial and error to get the dough the right consistency. It seems like a good trick is to use VERY minimal to no water, which helps it hold up better in the press. I have now got the dough done - and once you figure out how to make that and let it rise, making pasta is a "...

Perfect Pasta!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is a wonderful set of equipment. The spaghetti I made with all semolina flour and the rigatoni and small/large macaroni I made with plain old white flour. All came out terrific. The rigatoni and macaroni cut perfectly with both ends open. I had those drop right into a bowl dusted with flour. In reference to making the spaghetti make sure you dust the pasta with flour as it extrudes or it will stick together. The overall secret to thi...

I am sold on fresh pasta now!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my KitchenAid stand mixer for a while now, but this is the first time I have tried an accessory with it. It is also the first time I have ever made fresh pasta. To start with, attaching the accessory could not have been easier, and the easy to follow directions (including a basic recipe for pasta dough) made the process super simple from start to finish. There are multiple inserts for making various types of pasta. At the bottom is a...

Best pasta press
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new pasta press! It’s so easy to use and attach to my KitchenAid. The large assorted attachments makes it really fun to experiment all of the different kinds of pasta or noodles to make. The best part is having our kids experience homemade authentic pasta rather than the dried store bought ones. The best part is that it’s really easy to clean too. I highly recommend this pasta press and I love and trust the KitchenAid brand!

Nice pasta maker
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this Kitchen Aid attachment, it sure saves the hands on the manual pasta making process. It is very easy to use and doesn't take nearly as much time as my other pasta makers. I found it's a little easier to let the dough dry before trying to clean the blades. The pasta turns out very nice.
