Solid Accessory for Pasta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta attachment, like the mixer itself, is heavy duty and relatively easy to use. The cleaning can take a while, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but in fairness I'm not sure how that problem could really be fixed. I've heard it might make sense to let the tools dry overnight to get the dough off, so that is probably a good fix. Overall I would recommend this attachment for sure.

Homemade pasta is a must!

There is nothing quite like making fresh pasta and this attachment makes that possible! Love the different options available, and the ease of use. Highly recommend this attachment for anyone who is an avid pasta lover, or even a beginner looking to get into making pasta.

Very cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all KitchenAid products this is super well made and thought out. We used it to make gluten-free fusilli and it was shockingly easy to use. My kids liked using the little sweeper to chop off the pieces. Setting it up and using was easy, although cleaning it all takes time and patience. But there are some tools in the box to help with that. Great product

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little intimidated at first, I kept thinking I was never going to be able to make pasta. I was so wrong!! I have made all kinds of pasta. The directions are great and it is truly easy to use. I love that it comes with attachment's to change the pasta. I have no regrets getting this attachment. It is easy to clean. Just an excellent addition to a great machine. I use it about once a week. I highly recommend!!

We made homemade fusili pasta and she fancied up some store sauce with sautéed onions and ground hamburger. Gotta say fresh pasta really does taste better and is the perfect al dente! The included instructions are very detailed and extremely helpful especially if it’s your first kitchen aid mixer attachment or your first time using the press. Kitchenaid is the king

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy making pasta during my time off. I can call myself a casual chef. I had already gotten the kitchenaid machine with the separate attachments to make fettucine and spaghetti. This gourmet pasta press takes my pasta making to another level. My family also enjoys the new pasta shapes i am able to make with the different presses. Its easy to attach and use. Just keep throwing flour on the presses so the pasta doesn't clump together.
