One ice block makes enough shaved ice for a margarita and since I’m the only one in the house that really drinks them, it’s perfect. The fact that it comes with four reusable cups for making the ice is a huge plus as well

Fun Attachment
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a fun attachment, we’re excited to see what combos we can create this summer. It’s easy to use once you read the instructions. The first one we did was with orange juice for mimosas so it made a kind of orange juice slushy. Only bummer is that it doesn’t shave the entire puck. I’ve included a picture of what’s left at the end.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t expect it to get used until summer but my son was so excited to try it out and has used it several days a week since we got it. It makes nice fluffy ice that we put concentrated koolaid on but I’m looking forward to using it for frozen cocktails when it gets warmer.

Simple, convenient shaved ice!

Extremely simple to install and clean, the hardest part is waiting for the ice to freeze :). The attachment fits securely and makes amazing shaved ice, the kids loved it and it is so easy to attach and make shaved ice any time of the day. The instructions are easy to follow and this is a robust, solid attachment, as you would expect from KitchenAid.

I love that it's an attachment and not yet another appliance I have to find a bunch of space for in my kitchen. I store it with my other KitchenAid attachments and it takes up very little space. It makes shaved ice that's just as good as any of the snowcone places. I'm having so much fun making mixed drinks and adult snowcones with this thing!

I was so excited when I saw this and knew I had to get it for my kids to make healthy snowballs and treats at home! It is so easy to use (even my 6 year old can do it) and it makes it a fun activity. The attachment I never knew I needed!

This ice shaver is definitely unique but useful. I use it way more than I thought I would. It comes with the molds you need specifically for this attachment. I bought a few snow cone favorings to add to these and they are great after dinner snack. It's easy to use and pretty easy to clean.
