Great for making Icee's for the kiddo's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice attachment, can be used for many things. We made Icee's and it was so easy to use. Loved how much easier it was to shave the ice, then using using a blender. I see us using this alot this summer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical at first but it’s so easy to use and they are not lying about fluffy shaved ice! Getting the attachment on was probably the only “difficult” part but I’m not the greatest with machines haha once the attachment was on, super easy to use and clean so that’s a win for me!

Works Amazingly!

Shaved Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the shaved ice attachment a couple of weeks ago. It was easy to attach and fairly easy to use. The shaved ice came out great, which is not surprising b/c KitchenAid tends to make great products. I'm very happy. I will probably need to buy more ice molds or start freezing the ice in advance for larger groups this summer.

KitchenAid Quality

Fun to use, hard to store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comes with little cups to freeze water in to make blocks of ice to make the shaved ice. It would store neatly if I had enough room to keep the box it came in, but I don't. The shaved ice was good.

Awesome addition

It is a lot of fun for the kids to have snow cones! There are so many options for tasty cold treats, for the adults too! It is easy to use and easy to clean!

A Must for Shaved Ice Lovers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Shave Ice attachment two weeks ago and it is great. I have an older model KitchenAid mixer, but it fits perfectly. The recipes included are delicious. It takes a few minutes to fill a bowl, but it is worth the wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice shaver attachment is easy to install and use. It runs very smoothly without de-stabilizing the base of the machine. The shaved iced is fine and uniform in consistency. It made fantastic smoothies, slushes, and snow cones.

I brought it over to my sister's house and we made snowcones for the kids. We had plenty of shaved ice for four kids in no time! Worked way quicker than the cute little hand crank snowcone machine I had as a child!

Shaved Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summers coming up. What perfect way to cool off but with some fun drinks with shaved ice. This even comes with little silicone molds to make the ice blocks. Easy to use and an added addition to the kitchen. LOVE IT!!

Very well made

We made about 2 large bowls of ice and let the kids go to town with the syrup..we did some on the cup and some in the bowl with the ice either way works fine although it's a little less of a mess to just add the syrup directly to the ice in the bowl then scoop it right in the bowl or cone

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m upset because it’a very messy and it shaved the ice a little to much the ice melts right away and it’s a small quality and it takes time I do t recommend this item . And it was pretty hard to instal on my kitchen aid

Fun and Easy!

I am always looking for more things I could do with it. Perfect Shaved Ice

But this is the first time that I have tried an accessory for it. In fact, I had to call for instructions on how to remove the attachment hub cover as mine neither unscrewed or hinged. It comes with 4 little cups to make ice for shaving (with lids) easy peasy. Then go to work. A bit of advice. If you get the opportunity, refill the cups several times for a larger quantity of shaved ice. Kitchenaid is really being creative in their attachments and accessories. We love it

Almost instant shaved ice for the family and easy cleanup! I love that it came with 4 little containers so serving was a breeze. About as loud as you would expect.
