Lowes sucks

I tried ordering this item. The estimated delivery date was Friday about a week away from when I ordered it. Friday comes so I call to figure out around what time it will be delivered. They changed the estimated delivery date to the Friday after so I would have to wait another week. I asked if they were sure it would arrive that Friday considering it was still an estimated delivery date. They said they couldn't. I told them to cancel the order and we would take our business elsewhere. This is th...

Mildly disappointed

KitchenAid KDTE104KPS

The dishwasher works fine. However, this has a handle on it and after it was installed, the drawer close to it will no longer open unless you open the dishwasher front panel....OUR BAD! You should make sure of clearance before buying one with a handle. The one we replaced didn't have one.

Great until it almost burned our house down

I will never buy a KitchenAid dishwasher again. The control board and wires burnt. Hubby was home and smelled electrical smoke and watched the dishwasher begin smoking.SER#F429009777. It could have burned my house down, as wee run it overnight and when we are not home. Horrible product

Love my dishwasher

Cleaning the filter is really easy too. Very convenient placement of it. I didn't know kitchenaid my appliances. So happy I purchased it.

Disappointed in my NEW Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest reason that I gave this 3 stars is because it runs 3 HOURS for a normal wash, rinse and heat cycle. My last dishwasher only took 1 hour and my one before that only took 2 hours. I rinse my dishes so food is never stuck on there. The dispenser that you put the soap in looks and feels cheap like it will probably break in a year.

Very happy with Kitchen Aid dishwashers

I have been using this new Kitchen Aid for a month and love it. It is very quiet and the heated dry cycle actually works, unlike many other brands I got to use while renting different airbnbs for 8 months. It does not take as long for the normal cycle as other brands either. I did not buy the 3rd rack...

Great basic appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets the job done and on a shorter cycle. Seems stupid to run a dishwasher for two or three hours. We had to do this with our Samsung and dishes were still not clean. So appreciate the Express Wash which is probably all I will ever use. Like that I can remove top of the utensil holders for a larger opening. Spacers for dishes hold all securely. 4 stars because the third rack would be nice, just did not want to pay more—they could really include...

Very quiet
