poor drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old KitchenAid with am disappointed. The dishes do not dry, even with extended heat. The top rack is difficult to load small plates roll off rack. Cleans well but drying is a real issue

So Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher to replace an old one that quit. Dishes are super clean and this dishwasher is so quiet, I hardly know it's running.

A lemon and a half product!

Bought this model 4 years ago and had to buy a new dishwasher yesterday. All that comes to mind to say is Lemon. Less than a year of purchasing the soap broke. I replaced the part. Another 6-8 months went by then pieces of the top rack broke off. Had it repaired. Earlier this year, another part of the top rack broke making it imposible to put any dishes in it. And the cherry on top, two months ago the soap dispenser broke again!! When that happened, I decided not to invest any more $ for repairs...

Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a fine job washing and drying the dishes. I just have a problem with my plates not standing up straight. Because the prongs are straight the dishes do not sit on an angle. When I push the rack in to close the door of the dishwasher, the plates topple forward on top of each other. This makes quiet a racket.

Great dishwasher with so many features

Miss flatware rack and wider rack for plates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I miss the flatware rack at the top. I have to touch the tines and spoons to tremove from utensil basket. My dishes are thick and they do not sit up easily in the rack. My thinner plates do sit upright, so I have to purchase thinner plates for best cleaning.

Silverware holder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this dishwasher except the silverware holder. The spaces are to large in the base. Top plate holes to small so I removed them. Even so it does a great job getting the items clean.

Ordering on line is not what you see in stores

This is not the product we looked at the Lowe’s store in Cheyenne. The price for this outdated dishwasher was the same as the one with three shelves. When the dishwasher is finished with the drying cycle the dishes are still wet and best I can tell it takes over an hour just for the wash cycle.
