Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 months ago. I love that it has a tray that fits in there. It’s been really easy to use and my food comes out perfectly cooked. I also like that it doesn’t take up more space then it needs to on my counter. I’m a huge fan of kitchen aid products.

Disappointed

I was pleased at first but the oven started randomly shutting itself off almost the day the year was up and im lucky if I can get toast

I love my oven!

I use this oven every day. It toasts bagels better than my toaster. It roasts meat and fish beautifully. Last night I made a gluten-free cake; it was cooked evenly and rose well. We often make pizzas, casseroles, baked goods and sheet pan dinners. You really can fit a lot it in, just like the demonstration!

Really poor product

Purchased this for my new home little less than a year ago. Started to sound funny a couple months ago. Now it doesn’t work at all. Toaster stopped working then the unit as a whole wouldn’t stay on for longer than a few seconds at a time. Not worth the money when I purchased it thinking it would last longer than a year.

Outstanding Performance

BEST EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. This is my fourth one in 10 yrs. I use it more than my oven, I wear them out. I even cook casseroles in it, broil fish, bake chicken and even re-heat.

Cooks Well

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in May, 2019; used it four times now. I like the features. I DON'T like the top element that stays on and burns the food I am baking in the oven. I have not yet received a answer to the problem yet.

Fantastic countertop oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product 5 months ago and use it at least once or twice a week. Love the fact that it does not heat up the kitchen in the summer months. The only negative comment I have about this oven is that it takes some time to use when the the toaster function is being used.

Did everything well

I bought sometime ago did very well then top selector knob became stuck then came loose then stop working would not turn on no power.

Stopped Working

Bought this oven less than than a year ago. Now it's dead. Wouldn't do anything.

Disappointing

I've had this just a little over a year and the oven will not turn on; only the timer works. This has mostly been used as a toaster. We've tried everything including unplugging and switching outlets. As a more expensive "toaster" this is not worth the cost. If I have to replace I will not be choosing another KitchenAid.
