Exceptional features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month back.The love the Kitchenaid quality and have always relied on the name brand .The price was very reasonable and the quality of the product can be seen .Its not the cheap light weight kind .Its heavy and the product is sturdy. I have baked ,broiled and toasted on it and it easily goes from one setting to the other.Its all you would need in a kitchen . Best product ever

Door Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned this oven because the door did not shut completely. Heat leaked into room. Light also seemed to have a mind of its own. Cooked just fine. Loved the convection.

Great Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my toaster oven and deep fryer with this product. The connvection feature makes great crispy food that tastes like deep fried without the grease and mess. Reduces cook time and is great for smaller dishes versus firing up the large oven. Love this product. Far better construction and reliability than other "air fryers" on the market. Would definitely recommend.

Not a good first impression

After some concerted research, bought this Toaster Oven for our new home. Thought we'd give KA a chance since the home came with all upgraded KA major appliances, and we wanted to be consistent. The joy didn't last, as the toaster oven lost complete toast in less than 5 months! Although the return/replace process was fairly simple and easy, we are now on a second unit. In the time we've had these units, our assessment is this, the unit is not designed well and does not function as well as ot...

Not a good first impression

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our second unit as the first one lost toast functionality in less than 6 months. The warranty process wasn't bad but if this replacement unit doesn't last I will purchase a different brand. Also be a little careful removing items, both my wIfe and I have burned our forearms (slightly) as the door has a large front handle which prevents it from being flush with counter.

The dials stopped working

I bought this 3 years ago. It's pretty but it's an overpriced piece of junk. The baking function stopped working 2 years ago. Last year the dial for toast/broil/bake stopped working well. So toasting is a hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Several times it would randomly turn on by itself when we were not using it (that's dangerous!). The timer dial doesn't stop clicking when it reaches 0. It stays on, so we opted to always disconnect it when we're not using it.

Great Quality Oven

Not quite what I hoped for, but keeping it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get zebra stripes on toast, one side darker than the other. First unit failed on 2nd or 3rd use (lemon?), but the second unit has been solid for months. Like the dials over lcd, but why a different timer knob when baking/broiling versus when only toasting. Outside gets warmer than expected based on other reviews I read, but better than my previous toaster oven.

I dislike digital fancy features, so I wanted an oven similar to the old one as possible, eventhough the price was double. I truly enjoyed both ovens, the only negative is that the old oven broke after only 5 years of use. I expected the oven to last longer.

WHAT FRUSTRATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AT FIRST IT WAS GREAT EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED ESPECIALLY FOR BAKING. HERE IN FLORIDA WITH THE HEAT I HATE TO TURN ON THE OVEN OF MY STOVE WHICH I NEVER DO BECAUSE IT COMPETES WITH THE AIR-CONDITIONING. SO THIS OVEN WAS GREAT UNTIL THE KNOBS WOULD NOT WORK....LIGHT ON THE POWER WOULD TURN OFF ON ALL POSITIONS OF TOASTING BAKING OR WHATEVER....FOR THOSE OLD ENOUGH TO REMEMBER IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN THE TV WOULD NOT WORK AND YOU WACKED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES ON TOP THEN IT WOULD START...WELL, SAME...

Effective and efficient

Compact taster oven

Larger size & much sturdier control knobs

Love it!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Doesn't heat the house up like regular oven. Even browning on bake setting. Toasting is slower but I bought for the convection bake so very happy with product. Will take with us snowbirding in fifth wheel!

Was great

The top knob has locked up and the unit won't turn on. If I twist the know extremely hard, it will move just a little and then the unit will come on. Don't know why this knob has locked up. Usually leave it on bake most of the time.
