Had to call service one month after installation

Its quiet and gets dishes clean but broke less than one month after installation. Got an error code and had to deal with a dude showing up to fix it.

last one died after 4-1/2 years

performs well. quiet. heartbreakingly my last version of this died before its fifth birthday. one star until you can last a bit longer or offer a reasonable warranty period

Very loud for a supposedly quiet model.

Delivered damaged with a dent in the back right corner. The biggest issue though, is its loud. It replaced a similar unit of the same brand that was so quiet we would double check that it was running. The old unit gave us 10 yrs of reliable service until it quit working. We liked it so much we figured we would get the same brand and a model as close as possible. This one however, is not quiet at all. That is very important to us and this dishwasher fails miserably.

American made is always a plus. Very well built. Very quiet. Very nice buttons. Love the drain screen that you can take out and clean. Door open and closes very nicely and smooth

Quiet when running

Quiet. We rinse prior to loading and dishes come out clean. Utensils get clean on the upper rack. Only issue is higher cost but in the end, you get what you pay for.

Brand new, doesn't work.

I purchased this dishwasher and was so excited to have delivered the next day. Installed. Immediately gives motor error. Called for service. Scheduled 3 days later. Tech didn't show up. He had car trouble. Got rescheduled for 2.5 weeks from now!!!! I am really disappointed.

Good value for great dishwasher!

This dishwasher is really quiet! The drawers are very easy to use, with the top drawer very good for knives, forks and spoons. With just normal settings, the wash is very thorough, and everything is dry with the normal heated dry.

It also dries very well.

I have always had Kitchenaid appliances prior to moving into my new home. It is so good to have a decent dishwasher again. I am very happy with it.

Stainless Steel Started Rusted in One Year!!!

We bought this Kitchenaid dishwasher based on the reviews, brand reputation and quiet sound level. We got the quiet operation but also after less than one year started noticing rust along the edges near the control panel and it has since spread to other nearby edges and along the bottom. If you google this you will find blogs that reference this problem with Kitchenaid dishwashers and that Kitchenaid states this is "cosmetic damage" and will not cover it under their warranty.
