Well built, extremely quiet

Super quiet

Dishwasher is very quiet, can not hear it running. Large silverware holder. Installer was very friendly and arrived on time.

Mixed: Extremely Quiet, But Some Quality Issues

The KitchenAid delivers on its promise of quiet operation, I’ve experienced several quality and support issues that are hard to overlook. I hope these are isolated incidents, but I recommend checking your unit carefully upon delivery and monitoring for any early signs of rust or leaks. Sweet and sound while in operation

The operation of it was quite and as well does its purpose. Not only that but its futur are amazing with jusy one touch

Leaky steam vent

The steam vent leaks onto the floor when we open the door to unload the dishwasher, even as much as 12 hours after running the dishwasher. When looking online, it appears that this is a common problem and Kitchenaid chooses to ignore the issue. They continue to sell the faulty dishwasher.

Poor delivery and no installation

The delivery person refused to install it. I was supposed to be credited for the delivery and installation fee. To this date, I still don’t have the credit on my MasterCard.

Quiet and effective

This is ridiculously quiet when running. Middle rack easily adjusts however something about ridges and divider placement makes it slightly awkward to load. Holds a LOT.

Poor Quality Control

Be aware not to buy KitchenAid I purchased the dishwasher at the end of 2024 but was out of town and didn’t use it until May 2025. When I ran the first wash, I noticed the front panel was peeling. I contacted customer service and was told that since it’s not a functional issue and outside the 30-day window, I’d be charged $150 for service—even though I purchased the extended warranty. soap dispenser is very poor quality

The soap dispenser stopped working on the third day. It's made of very poor-quality plastic. The dishes don't dry completely. We called the store, but they refused to return it. The manufacturer's warranty gave us a two-week appointment to send a technician to repair it, but then they postponed the appointment for another three weeks. It's not possible to have a newly purchased item repaired and then have to wait over a month for it to be fixed. This is very frustrating.
