Two Units, one defective.
Would RecommendI received one with factory defects and had to have second unit installed. I was charged for two installation kits and Lowes needs to credit my account for the one removed from the first installation.

Well built and quiet!
Would RecommendGreat product our second one of this model. Super quiet and washes very well. Only downfall is the shelf fingers start to rust off long before the internals stop working. Plus the top shelf bracket broke twice on our old one, but we still bought another.

Happy that we stayed with Kitchen Aid
Would RecommendSuper quiet, does a great job cleaning dishes, easy to operate, love the way the racks are set up. Only negative is that you have to pull hard on the door to open it (need strong arms). This Dishwasher replaces our 18 year old Kitchen Aid. Good choice to stay with Kitchen Aid!

A very quiet dishwasher
We are pleased with this dishwasher, it's been a few weeks. This replaced our 24 year old Bosch that finally failed. It is VERY quiet and we appreciate this as we have open concept kitchen to living room. Love having a 3rd rack option. The silverware holder is larger which I really like. Probably won't ever use the covers for it, but who knows. Still getting use to the change in layout for loading. I liked the Bosch better for glasses, they seemed to be more secure in the Bosch. Arrived broken unfortunately
Would Not RecommendArrived with door cracked and bent. I noticed AFTER I installed it unfortunately. I called Lowes right away and they ordered a replacement dishwasher to arrive in a couple days. I will update the review when I get the replacement unit. Otherwise it is a nice looking unit that seems well built.

Washes well, lower reach
Would RecommendI hadn't thought about how these three rack washers a a bit lower to the ground. A reach for this 70 year old, but I'll adapt. Quiet!!

Very disappointted
Would Not RecommendI'm very disappointed with this purchase. The brand was recommended by a repairman, and we had the dishwasher for only seven months before it stopped working. I called KitchenAid—the associate was nice and helpful—but they can't send anyone out for about two weeks.

Very quiet, cleans well but not a Bosch.
Would RecommendThis dishwasher replaces a Bosch which was better designed for installation and the internal racks were sturdier and held more dishes.
