Quite, Quiet, Quiet

First, i love the way it looks. Nice easy controls. I have only done two loads but the dished came out perfect. The wash time is longer than my last Kitchen aid washer but it s soooo quiet. Not sure how much water it uses. That should tell you in the owners booklet that came with it. But i'm very happy with it. I hope it's as reliable as my last one. 20 years.

Brand new, doesnt work.

We purchased this item, chose to self install, my husband has installed several in the past with no issues. It doesn't work, keep getting an error code to say motor not working. Lowes will not touch item now as they didn't install it, have to wait until July 8th for KitchenAid service to come out. So, hand washing all dishes until then :(

Poor quality and terrible customer service.

This unit is attractive but has some serious design flaws, BEWARE! Primarily, the filter warps after a short time and allows debris into the wash tube. This destroys and rots out the supply tube and the dishwasher stops washing effectively. You have to purchase the entire supply assembly to fix this at near $100, not including the cost of service. I begged Kitchenaid to just send the section of tube that gets damaged (this is a very common problem look it up), but they were completely unint...

Quiet but mighty

The dishwasher is insanely quiet. The first time we ran it, we started it early in the evening (before going to sleep) just to be safe and watch for leaks. It is so quiet we mostly couldn't hear it over the TV, which we had on a pretty low volume and is only about 20 feet from the dishwashet. That's already amazing, but also the dishes were completely dry after the cycle finished, which might be the rinse aid (we tried it on recommendation of the installer and had never used it before) or maybe ...

This dishwasher is amazing! I like all the features and preferred the model without the handle. This dishwasher is built nicely, and I like all the stainless-steel parts.
