unreliable junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be the 3rd Kitchenaid dishwasher in 10 years. Each time the repairman came, they suggested that the repairs will cost nearly as much as a new model. The first 2 lasted each about 4-5 years. The 3rd one we just purchased is not even 1 month old, and now the "NORMAL" cycle will not work. We have to wash either on ECONOMY or PROWASH mode

Great Dishwasher!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kitchen Aid dishwasher really does the job cleaning my dishes, pots, and pans. It is a lot quieter than my old dishwasher that wasn’t a Kitchen Aid appliance! I particularly like the sleek, modern look in my kitchen!

Great Dishwasher!

We recently upgraded our 20 year old contractor grade dishwasher. All I can say is where has this been my whole life? Cleans dishes wonderfully no more pre washing in the sink! Just scrape, and load. Extremely quiet as well. My only complaint is that is takes about 2 hours to run a cycle. But, the dishes come out clean and it's not like I normally have to run more than one cycle a day anyways even in a house of 5. A+ rating! I can't believe I lived this long without one of these.

Had to take it back after first use!

I immediately had problems with the first unit which leaked immediately from the left side. The leak came from some kind of plastic manifold. I returned it to Lowe’s with no issue and had another one delivered. This one went in with no issues, but I bought the 5 year warranty this time just in case. The new unit is not of the same build quality as my original Kitchenaid dishwasher of 11 years. I hope I didn’t make a mistake 😳😕.
