Didn't make it three years
Would Not RecommendBought during 4th of July 2 years and 11 months ago. Have replaced the control board and two pumps. Not thrilled with spending $1k on a dishwasher +$450 on parts and labor only to be told, there's nothing we can do and it's time to get a new one less than 3 years after purchasing. Not what I would have expected from KitchenAid. Very disappointed.

Heated dry setting is subpar
Would Not RecommendThe dishwasher does not do a very good heated dry. The dishes still come out wet. There is also no option for heated dry on the express wash setting.

Tilting dishes

Constant drain problems after 2 years
Would Not RecommendThis is the worst dishwasher we have ever owned. It cleans well and I can deal with the plastics never drying; however, I can’t deal with having to pull it out every two weeks (after having to completely empty a full load of dirty dishes) to clean the drain. The repair guy said these are known for having motherboard issues, but by the time I spend money on that, I might as well buy a new dishwasher. I can’t believe this thing needs replaced already. Our other dishwashers lasted 7-10 years.
