It’s Broken!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought ten of these over my career as a designer/ builder and they always break! They’re great for about a year, then problems start. I arranged service yesterday and no one showed or called! Terrible!

Broke down after 6 weeks of use.

Abundant & clean ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 months ago & have been very satisfied. We use a lot of ice & it has kept up with our needs. The water filter yields clean delicious ice. My only complaint is that the water filter has to be ordered separately; I think the first one should be furnished with this quality of a machine.

Worked Beautifully until it didn't.

While we were out of town on vacation, the unit failed completely. Got back home, no ice, no power, nothing - dead as a doornail. Would not reset. Nice Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an 18 year old ice maker. Easy install with existing setup, clear instructions and love that it has a replaceable water filter slot instead of an inline water filter. Definitely not the cheapest and I hope it lasts a long time.

leaks

Ice Maker

Do not buy this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a new house. Broke after a month. I had to buy a year ahead of time due to Covid supply issues. I was told I’m out of warranty because it starts the date of purchase. Best part about the situation is that it’s still broken. I’m on a weight list for repair that’s a minimum of two weeks out.

Plenty of air free ice

Nice Ice Maker

Amazing Ice Maker

Nice Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Purchased the Ice Maker about 1 year ago. So far, no issues. It makes ice pretty quickly and we like the small cubes. Like all ice maker, it makes some noise when the ice drops into the ice tray. Would recommend this ice maker.

Clear Ice
