Lots of ICE

I do wish the ice were larger or thicker so they wouldn't melt so fast, but really don't like the refrigerator ice makers that don't make enough ice for a large party of people. KitchenAid 15" Ice maker is a Great Product.

The icemaker broke after 2 years

The ice-maker broke after 2 years of use and it will cost approximately $500 to fix or more. For the amount of money we paid I think this product is low quality.

Do not buy!

I bought it in 2019, it gave me a good year, then trouble started too happen, it would stop making ice and we would clean it, change the filter, and hav had it serviced three times, and it just quit and does not work at all, for such an expensive machine it is a bad buy!

Really Cranks Out the Ice

Issues with the pump. And kitchenaid knows it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited almost a year to register my ice maker. Good thing. The pump went out after 11 months of use. When I described the issue the repair people said they didn’t need to come out. They already knew it was the pump!

Great Ice Machine
