Powerful and Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had some concerns about the heavier front opening door of the microwave compared to a more conventional side opening door, that's not been an issue at all. As a plus, the controls of the microwave are really easy to learn and use. The controls are laid out in a logical fashion and make sense for what we do.

My microven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my microven..the problem I am having is that when I close the door to the microven, the light stays on and it reads "start?". I have to reclose it & shut. So now I'm having the service ppl to work on the sensors to see if that's the problem. Hopefully i'tll take care of it.When the job is done & the problem is fixed, I can then give it a Hi-5....

Unique Design Wall Microwave

Great Product so far!

Great Microwave

Very nice Microwave/ Convection oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We still have to learn a lot of the features but love the Microwave so far. Like being able to turn the turntable on or off and we look forward to having the convection oven for dinner parties.

Door sensor

Beautifully designed, gives the room a different more modern take. The unfortunate part is that it doesn't work. The door sensor does not close correctly so it won't turn on the microwave. When trying to use this, we have to push the buttons-hold the door then press start. And if that wasn't the worst part, getting ahold of someone in customer service is even MORE difficult. For the amount of money you spend on a product you would think they could answer their phone to send a technician.

Great appliance

Convection Microwave?Smart Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed my new appliances. Had to retro fit due to upgrade from a basic less than builder grade Frigidaire product. I wanted the convection microwave due to standard oven, then found this SMART Oven which is going to be fun to use the attachments when they come in. So far the microwave was easy to install but make sure you have the correct AMP since this is convection when you upgrade. I LOVE the Black Stainless. It also comes with ...

Cooks well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how well it cooks and the convection cooking is great. This would be 5 stars except for one small detail: The door sensor is so sensitive that the smallest vibration opens the door and the oven shuts off, which is kind of frustrating, especially when it shuts off during the convection cooking process.

Really like it

I think I've used the convection/micro oven more than my regular oven. Very easy to use. Since I have it above my wall oven I wish the door swung open rather than pull down. But it doesn't change my review.

Great features could use more guidance on Crisp

How long if I want to make fresh cut potatoes fries, Wings etc. How about frozen items like chicken fingers etc. there are no resources on the web etc.
