Seriously no light in the microwave?

This microwave is practically useless without a light. You don't realize how important a light is until you don't have it. The cheapest microwaves on the market have a light inside, and this incredibly expensive microwave does not. I do not recommend this for anyone.

Great product, loud turn table

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave/oven a few months ago and finally got it installed and used it in my new kitchen. I am loving all the different features and accessories that can with it, including the steamer bowl and the crisp pan. However I only give it three stars because when using the microwave it is very loud. The glass turn table klink's and is loud if the turn table is on. I am not sure if this is a malfunction or it's just loud a poor design.

addition to our new kitchen

It was part of a complete package of Kitchenaid products. We love the commercial look and the features are incredible. We are still learning how to use all the features of the microwave but are very excited to learn and cook new items in it.

Love the easy convention

Easy to use

Meh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave does not shut off after the timer has ended. There is an alert that the heating process has been completed, but the fan keeps running for 10 minutes and is extremely annoying. I would not purchase again

Great New Door Design

I fell in love with the downward opening door, however we are experiencing the interior light remaining on after use. The door isn't making a complete connection to the microwave and the light is on constantly.

Versatile Microwave

I’m not a big “microwaver” but the few things I use one for makes it a necessity and having a dual oven now makes so much more use out of the space used by a microwave. The microwave features in this are top notch...they have a quick start button for everything that I use a microwave for...popcorn, reheat, melt/soften and defrost...nothing out...

Beautiful and Works Wonderfully

It's beautiful, especially as a stand alone and I can't get over how much better & faster it cooks! My only tiny complaint is that I wish the door opened to a complete 90 degree flat. warning requires 220 connection

We were moving along having installed the wall oven, thinking we could just slide this in and go. Imagine our surprise on opening the box at seeing a 220 line instead of a plug. Looks Nicebut features could be better

Great microwave except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kitchenaid microwave, and it works great. I have one big gripe about it. I cannot reach the back wall to clean N it. I am 5’5”, and my housekeeper is even taller. The distance from the open door to the back is too deep. I wish the door could have opened right to left.
