More airflow for higher temps, uses more charcoal. Seems to burn more charcoal than before obviously has to do with the higher temps. Find it harder to clean out now than before, ash does not fall though as easily.

Would RecommendVery efficient, probably pays for itself due to a decrease in wasted charcoal. I do wish I could lift it out without having to remove other parts, but still a very solid product. I would highly recommend.

Would Not RecommendI have a Classic two and it sits a little too high, which doesn't allow you to properly seat the ceramic deflectors. Also, the grate spacing is a little wide so unless you have big chunks left, you're still having to clean out the little pieces that don't burn (which are the ones that clog the grate holes below it. It is made of high quality stainless and very sturdy and is convenient and works well when loading your big chunk charcoal or when removing big chunks after burning.

Seems to be off high quality, it just doesn't fit right in my Classic Joe, when inserted in my Classic Joe the heat deflectors don't sit correctly now with the basket installed, the ears on top the basket get in the way, for me to use i will need to break out the grinder
