Space Saving Toilet

I have a very small bathroom, this one piece unit gives me the large seating area I need but has a shorter overall length of a standard two piece compact toilet. A regular flush works fine and uses very little water, if you feel you need a little more to move some solids just hold the lever down until the tank is empty. Perfection

Purchased two and very happy. If I can consider a toilet to be perfect for an affordable price, this is it. This item was placed in a very small spaces and fit perfectly. Yes, you do hear what some may consider a louder noise when the toilet is flushed; not much more noticeable than any other regular toilet. Elegant toilet

Purchased 2 of these from Lowe’s online. They arrived in only a few days. The only downside to these is that they don’t come with a wax ring or hardware like most of the toilets we shopped. That required an extra trip to the store. Otherwise, they are beautiful and flush very well. They are worth the money.

Came in broken

clean design, slim profile

Appears that unit will be easy to clean with a streamlined exterior. The compact elongated model replaces a older round bowl unit allowing slightly more free space in a small bathroom. Be aware one must use the Kohler valves forevermore; the unit does not have the fittings to install a standard flapper.

Comfortable

This uses less water than regular. It is a comfortable height for taller people.

Great choice for small powder room

We replaced our ~ 40 year old toilet in our powder room with this Santa Rosa Toilet. I had a plumber do the install. Sleek look, excellent flushing action and comfortable solid seat provided. Happy that the toilet fit in the same space as the old small one. Lowe’s price matched the lower price at that other big box store, manager had to approve after 10 minutes of back and forth at the plumbing counter.

Plunger would not work

Toilet stopped up twice in one week. Plunger would not clear up clog. Needed to use a snake.

Great toilet

My contractor installed the toilet in less than an hour and I have used the toilet many times since and appreciate the flushing mechanism. The toilet's measurements allow the toilet to easily fit in the limited space in my guest bathroom. The seat is comfortable, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Santa Rose Compact Elongsted

Debated about the elongated vs the compact elongated Santa Rose. We went with the compact due to the size of its dedicated room. The two inch difference between the two you can hardly tell and comfort is not jeopardized in the least.
