Have had this toilet for over 2 years now, we appreciate the compact size and the modernish look. Most importantly, the old toilet this one replaced was frequently plugged, with the Santa Rosa toilet it has only happened a few times and of those only twice did it require using the plunger, the other few times a few extra flushes.cleared the drain. Also even though this is low flow 1.28 gpf version it still works well. Changed out the seat to a Kohler manual bidet (highly recommend). I've seen co...

Santa Rosa is a solid choice for an affordable, efficient toilet that looks good. I have replaced all 4 of my builder grade toilets with the Santa Rosa now and I am happy with how it is easier to clean and has been reliable thus far.

I bought this kholer less than a month ago and ever since I have anxiety every time I flush because it splashes upward . Tried to adjust the water level to no avail !

Great toilet but Caused water hammer in house pipes because of power flush
Note to Kohler engineers: Power flush caused air to get into house pipes when toilet flushed. Cut water flow intake to bowl to twice as long to refill bowl. Problem solved.

After installation noticed the awful, unsightly unfinished top edge of the tank. Belatedly…read other’s reviews of this issue and contacted Kohler customer service. Rebecca immediately offered to send out the alternative tank top. It arrived today and it is a perfect solution. The unfinished edge is completely covered. Awesome customer service.
