Great at first, then problems
Purchased this in June 2020 and it worked great for over a year. For the last few months it has been clogging several times a month with a regular bowel movement - sometimes needing a snake - not just a plunger to clear. With my MS, the higher seat makes getting up and down easy.

Best Toilet Ever
I have been in construction for 40 years and this is the best toilet I have ever used. I have recommended and installed this in friends & family houses. It is the only so called Low Flow toilet that doesn't get stopped up very easily. I removed at $1,200 pressure tank toilet that was supposed to be the best and installed this toilet and loved it when I moved into a new house about 8 years ago I changed out both toilets to the Santa Rosa and have had NO Problems at all. I could've gotten a less expensive toilet for a third of the price. But I wanted a 1 piece. So, my biggest complaint is- at the top of the tank where it meets the lid- there is a visible yellow line- where there is no glaze on the bottom of the lid or top of the tank. I just think a $330 toilet would be perfect. In Kohler's defense- they did compensate me.

The seat is not profiled for a comfortable sit, no one in the house likes it. Need a replacement but info is very scarce...help.

Our second one
We recently had new floors put in most of our house and instead of reinstalling the existing toilet we bought one of these. We installed one in another bathroom and are happy with its performance. While most will like the higher seat, I am one of those that does not. If manufacturers hadn't crept the seat height up, no one would need a squatty potty to adjust their body position to where it was intended when toilets were invented. That's just me I'm sure, though.
