We've gone through two units and countless replacement spray heads. The unit itself is well made, easy to clean and functions well, however, the folks who designed the spray head must have been working from a different clipboard; it's junk. The button sticks. The aerator/flow restrictor won't last over 6 months and then you'll have water shooting out in all directions. You can replace the spray head and hope you'll last another 6 months. Cheap plastic sprayhead fails under 2 years

We've had this pull-down kitchen faucet for less than two years, and while we generally like it a lot, the spray head is made of cheap plastic and canot be disassembled for cleaning or repair. The head now frequently locks into the spray position and will not switch back to stream. We've had to order a replacement head for $55 plus $25 shipping. That's very disappointing for an otherwise nice product that we payed $280 for, and should last a lot longer than 20 months.

Strong water flow

This is one of the best kitchen faucets I've ever had. It has a strong water flow. The neck of the faucet reaches the corners of my farm sink with ease. I haven't had any issues with "controlling" the the faucet. as others have alluded to. I am very happy with the Vibrant Stainless. It is more of a brushed finish. Installation instructions could be a bit clearer.

Decent faucet

It feels very well made. The only weird thing is the spray function comes out more like a fan that a stream and that wasn't clear on the box.

Can’t Lock Sprayer otherwise it’s really nice

It’s made well. It looks great. But if you use spray mode you have to depress the button continuously, no way to lock it. It’s not that big of a deal but on the other hand it is as you lose a hand while washing. And it’s not like it’s something you even look for as a feature before buying, you’d think it would be the default way of doing this.

It was easy for our next door neighbor, the plumber, to install. The instructions suggested that once it is installed and functioning, that you clean the screen filter in the handset to remove any lingering small pieces of debris. But they did not provide you with the small ket mechanism enabling you to remove the screen. I am rating this faucet 4 stars, and hopefully I will be able to push it up to 5 in the future, rather than lower it. Our Ealing was installed by a licensed plumber on a quartz countertop. He knew what to do, which meant he followed Kohler’s directions to a T. THE LINES WERE BLED (as they should always be) BEFORE RUNNING WATER THROUGH THIS FAUCET. Wont switch to stream

I purchased the Kohler Ealing Faucet with high expectations due to its premium price. However, after only a few weeks of use, the sprayer malfunctioned and would not revert to the stream mode, despite multiple cleanings. Additionally, I found the Kohler website to be UN-user friendly, and I was unable to locate a replacement head. Consequently, I am now faced with the need to purchase another kitchen faucet. I am very disappointed.
