You Nee the Support they suggest but don's Provide

We really like it overall: heavy duty, sprayer is very strong... but they suggest you add a support under your sink that they don't provide... you have to make yourself. :-( The faucet is very heavy and you really need that support.

We bought this faucet in April of 2023 so, a year and five months we have had it and we are now having to replace the entire thing. After spending $289 on this faucet and having to buy a new one in under a two year time span, my husband and I are highly disappointed in this product. The plumber ordered a cartridge thinking that would fix the problem and then put it on and no, it did not fix it. Good purchase/prompt response from Kohler

We purchased this faucet in an emergent situation with a plumber at our home. After it was installed and the plumber left, we noticed the sprayer wasn’t a straight flow in that position like it should be. We loved the faucet so I sent a note to Kohler and within 24 hours they responded and shipped a new sprayer. It corrected the issue and we love this faucet! Kudos to Kohler’s customer service!

Lowe’s installer never showed up!!

I wouldn’t know. Lowe’s scheduled an installation and they never showed up. Two weeks and still waiting!

Sprayer head is garbage

When we bought this faucet we didn't realize that (a) the sprayer cannot be disassembled and (b) the center aerator cannot be replaced. Also, the sprayer button has dome apart. A faucet that cost over $250 should last more than 3 years. Replace the head? Sure, for over $50 and a long lead time and only from Kohler. I'll buy Delta next time.

Failed after a year - Poor quality

Loved the design, loved the faucet…. For the first year. Now I have to buy a new faucet! The Kohler Ealing faucet we installed started leaking last week and after looking for several hours to find replacement parts I’ve given up.

Don't buy if you're looking for a faucet that last

Installed this faucet 2 years ago and the internal seal died today, leaking from the top and bottom of the faucet. The only place to buy parts is from the Kohler website. I would think this would last longer than two years given the brand name and the cost. If you're looking for a faucet that only lasts 2 years, than buy this. if you're looking for a faucet that lasts, stay away from this one. I've seen several other reviews with this complaint.

Not buying KOHLER again.

Roughly 6 months after buying this it started throwing water out the top flange, the handle, and underneath the sink. I was able to fix it with some o-rings from ACE, but about 7 months later it started doing it again. Kohler Customer Service was great and shipped me a new replacement handle valve for free, but that didn't fix the issue. Switched to the Moen version and am not having any issues so far.

Lasted 1 month

I bought this very nice looking name brand faucet for more than I planned on spending reasoning that since it was a Kohler it would last far longer than the cheaper ones. I was seriously wrong. Install was simple and it worked great for a little over a month until the large spring around the hose detached from the base. It now looks terrible and doesn't automatically attach to the magnetic mount because it doesn't align anymore. Waste of money and Kohler will not be uses in this home again.
