Multiple defects in short period.

It seems well made amd looks good but didn’t perform as expected. My 1st issue was the sprayer button gets stuck constantly after about 3 months of ownership. It has recently started leaking from the handle and making a whistling sound. I now have to replace it after almost exactly 1 year of usage. I would not recommend.

Comes apart and leaks after normal use

You can pull the hose up from the base with very little force, causing it to spray water everywhere. The same connection leaked water out the bottom of the faucet connection under the sink, causing water damage inside the cabinet and floor. There is nothing holding this thing together besides a couple of O-rings.

Pay the few extra dollars compared to other brands

Love the look, its weight and installation. It definitely has a nice heft in your hand, and has no plastic or loose feeling faucet pivot or handle. The magnet connection is strong and not some loose fitting bracket we’ve had on similar LOOKING models. We tried to go cheaper, but that was the last time. Worst faucet

The faucet leaks and the spray pattern gets stuck. I have had this faucet less than 4 months.

Expensive Garbage

Falls apart internally every 3-4 months. Spray nozzle gets stuck in spray mode. Cleaning it will make it work okay for maybe a week. Overall, my wife hates it. The only reason she hasn't ripped it out of the sink is because it was so expensive.

Fantastic kitchen faucet!

I have had this faucet in use for just over a year and it has been a wonderful kitchen faucet. The spray function works simply and consistently. The vibrant stainless finish still looks brand new and is incredibly easy to maintain with just an occasional wipe down with a damp cloth. Beautiful Industrial Upgrade, Just One Minor Flaw

I am incredibly happy with this Kohler Ealing faucet. The matte black finish and the exposed spring design gave my kitchen sink an instant modern, industrial upgrade. Functionally, it is exactly what you would expect from Kohler—a sturdy build, a smooth pull-down mechanism, and excellent water pressure from the sprayer for rinsing off dishes. Zero stars

We purchased this faucet in June 2025. It is March 2026 and it has failed with a severe leak from the handle and the top where the hose connects. This is ridiculous, and Kohler should not be selling something this cheaply made for such a high amount of money. I have contacted Kohler for warranty replacement, but I don’t trust that any replacement would be any better. The button on the faucet broke and I and to get a replacement at my cost. Then the replacement broke. Its the button that makes the faucet spray or not spray. Do not recommend.
