Would RecommendGarbage disposal is fine did not like the way the electrical hook up was. If you do not buy their cable you will need to make one out of solid 12 gauge wire to connect to their plug.

Would Not RecommendReplaced our disposal that junked out. We chose this one as to keep with a quieter disposal. I feel this is not quiet at all and am not happy with the noise level is produces. It does it's job of grinding food but probably wouldn't recommend because of the noise level.

Special connection
Would RecommendThis unit was fairly standard and easy to install. I don't like the special electrical connection. It is supposed to be easy to wire by pushing the wire into the connector then putting it on the contacts. They are great when they work but infuriating when they don't. Once installed it was so quiet I wasn't sure it was working but it has done well.
