Installs easy and its quiet.

Installation was easy. It makes much less noise than prior unit (which was the same brand). Unit also includes dishwasher drain plug that can be used if you have a stoppage and need to use a plunger (this prevents water from backing into the dishwasher)

Large unit in a tight space doesn’t work.

The item was too big for the space under sink

Ease of instsllation

Wiring was different, was expecting three wires, black, white, green instead there was three tabs, comes with adapter to plug the wires into then plug the adapter onto the tabs, did not use, had connectors to put each wire indivdually, used the old hardware attached to the sink, was the same, quicker install

We thought this was initially going to be a wonderful purchase. It looked like a very sturdy garbage disposal that had strong parts. It was not easy to install and took forever! Easy connect electrical wire adapter is anything but easy . It is very poorly engineered and they should have just given you some wires to install it like everything else Stay away!

Don’t forget a power cord (not included)

I had to return to the store after I unpacked the unit and noticed the power cord was not included. What a pain to go back to the store in the middle of installation! Why not include the power cord?!?

Missing parts

Missing parts My husband and I ordered this online for store pick up. My husband installed in and the box was missing a part and we did not have time to go back to the store and he did not want to have to take it apart and ended up ordering part online for an overnight shipment.
