Leaking Bracket

I had to purchase a replacement Garbage Disposal. I replaced the old one with the same model. I liked it because it was powerful and quiet. However, my plumber said the old one had to be replaced, not because the disposal was bad, but because the mounting bracket was rusted and leaking. Shame you cannot buy the mounting bracket separately.

Quality product

We needed to replace a broken product that came with the house many years ago. I wish we needed to replace it sooner as this one is quieter and more powerful. I highly recommend it.

Very quiet. High quality material.

Very happy with this disposal. Quietest disposal I’ve ever heard. High quality materials- all stainless steel internal components. The installation to the sink was very easy. I did have to re-configure the drain piping and the location of the under sink water filter system due to the size/diameter of the disposal. This unit is larger than a “standard” disposal. 2nd time a charm?

Loved this disposal the first time we purchased and installed. However, one year after installation, it started to leak, from where the bottom plate is surrounded by the plastic outer housing. Contacted Insinkerator and they were very accommodating in providing a replacement for the original. We hope that it was just a bad production run on the first disposal. We really love this disposal... It is extremely quiet and very efficient. Hoping that this second disposal will not develop the same prob...

Evolution XP

This specific Insinkerator was very easy to install. Love the push button on top of the sink to control the Insinkerator garbage disposal. Super strong but very quite. I would definitely recommend this product.

Features that I required

Installation easy & straightforward as I was replacing a Kenmore(Insinkerator) disposer circa 2000. I replaced the entire unit, including the sink basket even though they are identical, due to their age. I dislike the current splash deflector as it is difficult to load the chamber with anything larger than 1" without removing it - sometimes a slimy mess when clearing a sink of vegetable scraps, etc., or removing it and holding your hand over opening to deflect splash. powerful and quiet

So far so good. I had to exchange the first garbage disposal I bought because the motor went out after only three weeks of use. The replacement disposer is still working at four weeks. Overall a good disposal, but I'm always anxious as to whether or not the replacement disposal motor will become inoperable during the nine-year warranty period. Man

Very quiet

This is my third in 26 years, all worked very well. Changed with renovations. This new quiet is great.

Fits in a smaller space than many others

It was a direct replacement for an Evolution model that I already had. The previous model didn't last as long as I expected. It died just after the warrantee expired.

Wonderful piece of equipment. Can't ask for a better appliance than one which does what it is supposed too quietly and efficiently. Love it!

What a difference!

My 17 year old in 60S sink erator started leaking out the bottom. It still ran fine but made a mess. I replaced it with an Evolution Space Saver XP and this thing is so quiet you can forget it's on. Install was simple, basically exactly the same as the old one.

Built to last

This disposal replaced an 18-year-old insinkerator that finally quit. Why go with anything else?
