Heavy Vibration

When there is a lot of water in the sink, the whole sink area shakes.

Very quiet

I replace a disposal that was over 30 years old and scared my cats every time I ran it. This one is super quiet and just gobbles the food up.

Paid to install. I am 82 years old and could not install it.

Installer cleaned up and left. I tried to complete guarantee and could not complete model and serial number. Bummer for me.

Very good product

This unit is very quiet and powerful in comparison to the original home installed unit. I could barely hear anything the first time I used the unit.

easy replacement for former unit

I wanted a "drop-in" replacement for my old ProSS unit and the new unit did not disappoint. I managed to do the replacement alone by using a car jack to raise the unit until I could engage the locking ring. The old plumbing fit perfectly so I did not have to make any adjustments in the drain arrangement. Electrical hookup was straightforward using the old unit's cord. New unit works perfectly. easy install

The disposal was easy to install. The only issue was that it did not come with the cord. It should be clearly indicated on the front of the box It was a holiday weekend and the store was closed, so I had to reuse the old plug. It took a while to dismantle the old unit just to remove the old plug.

Very Disappointed

We installed an evolution space saver XP in our previous home remodel and loved it. It was so quiet I had to remember to turn it off! Was so excited to have another one when we moved to our new location this year. This one is a 3/4 HP vs the 1/2 HP we previously had. It is supposed the quietest series Evolution SS XP, but is very loud and vibrates my sink. I cringe every time I turn it on. We have always had iinsinkerators, but would not spend the xtra money next time for this one.

Quiet

We replaced our "builders spec" disposal with the Insinkerator Evolution Space Saver XP and are very happywith the upgrade. This disposal is much quieter than our original disposal and it does a superior job grinding the waste into tiny bits.I would recommend this disposal to anyone looking to upgrade their disposal game.

I bought this to replace my old one. The old one was pretty quiet, but this one is super quiet. It is, of course, a good disposal doing all it should

Extremel low noise

This is amazingly quiet. It is well worth the cost and I am so happy I purchased it. The noise level is so low that my wife didn’t thinking it was working. Never again would I ever purchase a low cost noisy one.

Quiet and Powerful, just what I hoped for

Finally replaced our old disposal during a kitchen sink and countertop installation. I had my plumber do it since he was working on our plumbing anyway. He told me it installs seamlessly. My wife had been complaining about the loud and inefficient unit we had previously so I did a bit of online research and found this one. She lovers it! It destroys food waste in moments and does it whisper quiet.

This unit is super quiet..easy to install and powerful. The stainless blades are a nice addition. Insinkerator makes a great product that lasts and is a good value for the price.

Quiet unit and the self install was fairly easy.

I purchased this unit to replace an old leaky one. I was amazed on how quiet this unit was compared to the old one I can. Installing this unit was fairly simple. Getting the snap ring is was tricky but not too difficult thanks to you tube videos. I would recommend this unit for the simple diy challenge.

Extremely Quiet

I replaced my insinkerator with a newer model unit. This new unit was specified as being very quiet. After installation, it’s almost impossible to hear the unit running with water running. While the unit was to be a quick replacement, it took me about 20 minutes to get the new unit reconnected to standard mounting ring.

Quiet, Powerful, Easy to DIY Install

This 3/4 HP model has all the power to grind food waste while remaining quiet... very quiet and vibration-free. Installation was easy and highly recommended for the DIY. Flange hardware is top quality. Only suggestion would be to include a strip of plumbers putty. I used silicon caulk. It is important to get the seal with the sink right, so check your work twice.
