Installed this over a month ago and love how quite it is

Died in under 2 years

I installed this just over a year and a half ago and it already died. For the cost of this it should last a lot longer than a year and a half

Awesome product

I was upgrading from the builders original badger 1. Was an easy install, the only I had was with my wife. She said its too quiet, couldn’t tell whether it was on Or not. I can live with that

Simple swap-out, ultra-quiet

It's a simple swap-out of an older insinkerator, with an additional 3 years of warranty, and super-quiet. Nice move on Insinkerator's part.

Love this disposal

Vast improvement from my last disposal. This was actually a replacement from the same product that we had for only 6 months, that just stopped working. It was replaced by insinkerator without a problem. Love this product.

Very quiet

Overall its a great appliance. My only gripe was that the box says installation is 4 simple steps. Once you open the box and pull out the instructions, its actually 27 steps. Still a manageable task and not hard to complete, but misleading none the less. Works great and is very quiet to operate.

Problem discharging ground vegetables

I'm really just looking for advice. We have 2 kitchen sinks - a regular size and a smaller "prep sink." We have an "Evolution Prestige Space Saver XP-1" in the prep sink. It was installed 9/5/18 by a professional plumber. It's really quiet and love that feature. We don't use it often - maybe once or twice a week. So quiet you can hardly tell that it is running!

Had purchased another companies product and it was to loud. Compared all the feature of this disposal to others and have been very happy with our purchase. Very easy to install and so quiet! Highly recommend this disposer and Insinkerator.

Was A Perfect Fit

I was concerned when purchasing this unit because I was replacing a 1993 Kitchen Aide disposal. This unit fit perfect with no modifications required and I did not have to run to the hardware store for additional items. This unit is very quite in comparison to our old garbage disposal.

Quite and chops well

I was in the market for a replacement because our old one die. It was so quite and did the job well and fast. Easy use and maintain. Fit nicely under our sink. If your in the market for new one I would recommend this one because of the value and easy install and job it does will not let you down.

We're extremely happy with our decision to spend more money on this model. We have an open floorplan, and our upgraded previous disposal would drown out the dialogue from the television. This model is extremely quiet. The only sound that is emitted, is a very muted humming sound. I can't express enough how quiet this model is compared to our upgraded previous model.

Improved tech

I purchased to replace a badger 5 model that failed after 15 years. This new model is very quiet and efficient. Very easy to replace. Only complaint is that I had to purchase the power cord securing clamp separately. Hope it lasts a long time!
