Easy Install, connecting pipe too short

Old disposal was 1/3hp. Read online that low hp disposal is for lighter use like pealing's. This unit has a rubber damper to reduce vibrations and it runs considerably quitter than the old disposal. The old disposal was the same brand name. Used the old piece in the sink since they were identical. The installation was easy but I needed to use the 90 degree connector to connect to my drain but it was too short. Only 4" long. Needed at least 6" to work. The straight connector pipe is 12" long. Great product

Very quiet disposal and easy to install. The only difficulty we had was figuring out how to install the rubber piece that goes between the sink and the disposal - the old one had it mounted on the disposal itself, but this one mounted inside the sink itself (which the instructions failed to describe).

Esteem plus

We did a kitchen remodel and my husband wanted to keep our old disposal because he wasn’t confident that the new ones would work as well. He was pleasantly surprised with the insinkerator! We got the Esteem Plus model and we’re very happy with it.

Super quiet disposal! Made in America!

It’s so quiet when running and it was a fairly easy install. You do need a second pair of hands to get it in place so it will lock on to the flange. The wiring was a breeze. Best of all it’s still made in the USA!

The Beast

This disposal tackles anything I put in it. I, however, do not put celery or anything very stringy, or any grease in it. I put almost nothing in my previous disposal as a lot of things would rattle around in it. I'd have to pull the plug and put my hand in to retrieve it. This disposal has a splash guard which is removable - makes for easy cleaning underneath the rim. It's very, very quiet. Can hardly hear it. Quiet and fast

We installed this garbage disposal to replace a previous similar model. The other one ran, but did not get rid of the food. We finally decided to get out the warranty and discovered we were like five months too late on a nine year warranty. Arrrghh. Excellent with a small design flaw

This is so quiet that when we turned it on after installing it we weren't sure it was actually working! It quickly pulverizes whatever we put in it and does so quietly. The design flaw is that the opening in the rubber is very small that food will not flow into the disposal unless it is pushed down. This is even for small stuff, soft stuff or even very thick liquid such as pancake batter. If you want a quiet and smooth operating food disposal this would be the one you would need to buy! I bought the esteem but returned it and bought this one!!

This is a very powerful yet quiet garbage disposal. Replaced the little piece of junk that came in our house when we bought it new.highly reccomend it.

I can hardly hear it running!

When I great turned it on I thought it was jammed up because I could hardly hear it! But to my surprise it was running just the way it was supposed to be!
