Would Not Recommendwhen not in use over heats spits water out of nozzel and makes a lot of noise when heating up third one not going to get another trying a different brand will not recommend to any one. Company does not stand behind product lasted little over yea rand half just enough over warranty.
Convenient to use when it works
Would Not RecommendI've had two of these, each one lasting about 4 yrs until it stops heating the water. Flimsy construction but adequate in an office where you need hot water quickly. Quite noisy. Temperature of heated water is good and generally adequate if you only need one or two cups at a time. It was a good deal at $99. but at its current price, it is highly overpriced for what it does.

Would RecommendWe've had decent service from this unit, used daily for 3-5 cups/day, for a little over seven years. When I first installed it, it seemed a bit flimsy; I hoped that it would last for a year or two - but it has surprised us, and just started leaking from the heating unit today. We will replace it, probably with the same model, despite the multiple negative reviews - mostly because it's cheaper. It does "gurgle" a bit during heating cycles, but - all in all - a tolerable fault.
